「Breakfast had a variety of options from cereals and DIY waffles to eggs and ham or sausages, from biscuits and gravy to bagels or muffins, from fresh fruit or yogurt to milk and boxed juices, and always coffee and teas. The staff friendly and helpful; the rooms roomy and clean as were the common areas. Not for me, but there was an indoor pool that seems to be quite the attraction for younger guests. I would not heditate to stay at the Cobblestone again.」

"We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices. On the second day, we tried turning the water to the hottest setting and letting it run for 10 minutes, but only got some lukewarm water. In such cold weather, it was still very uncomfortable to bathe. When we checked out, I reported the problem again, but the front desk staff didn’t give me any response. This was truly terrible, I couldn’t even speak for those days because I lost my voice! This was supposed to be a trip we had been looking forward to, and I was also excited to stay at this hotel. But in the end, our trip to Cincinnati was completely ruined by the cold and the illness."
