"A/c was not working. We followed the directions in the room and had a very hot night. We mentioned to the hotel staff the next morning and were told oh no, it’s not working it just blows heat. Would have been nice to know when we checked in. Hot tub was still broken four months after our last stay. Ice machines were not working. No hot water at night, only in the morning. Vastly different stay from our last time. I’m thinking some of the rooms have been renovated and others have not. But likely won’t be booking here again. "

"The hotel and room was clean and functional. Nothing fancy - and I wasn’t expecting anything fancy. The included breakfast was just what a traveller needed on the way to their next destination. The beds were comfy and the shower was decent. The staff were helpful when I had questions but otherwise kept to their work. I believe it was good value for the money."

"I was there with students for a school sports event. The rooms were neat and clean and had a nice "tourism Moose Jaw" on the top of the desk so we were able to find a restaurant for dinner."
