“We loved our stay here!! It was the perfect little place for us and our dog for a couple days. My husband I even mentioned some of the features we should incorporate in our house. The house was well stocked with anything you might need from pet supplies to laundry and cooking supplies. We also loved the outdoor area with the green space and porch chairs. It was clean and well laid out. We loved our stay here and if we come back to Spokane we will definitely be a repeat guest!”

“The apartment was great very clean very organized. Great place to take my dogs as well. If I were to say one thing that could improve, it would be the steps going down to the apartment we’re OK but not great if you had your hands full there’s no rain And it will need to be repaired because it looks like this site is in however it’s still a five star. It was a great place to stay and the people upstairs were awesome. They even gave us some jackfruit that they had extra! I’d stay here again.”

“The house is great! It was very well stocked for a big family. They had a pack and play, a baby booster, baby gates, extra table and chairs, etc. Jeff, the property manager was extremely communicative and got back to us if there was anything else we needed like more towels or paper towels, hand soap, etc. The neighborhood felt nice and safe and quiet. We enjoyed our stay!”

“We stayed at this property during Memorial day weekend. It seems to be a mix in the neighborhood where we saw young families, adults and seniors out and about. The rooms were spacious enough for my family and the living room was where my family hung out most of the time. We especially liked having access to the laundry facilities since we were there with young kids as well. We were also in town to check out a couple of universities and there all within close proximity as well as the downtown……

Quiet neighborhood, very convenient to get around everywhere we needed to go. Hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again. One thing some folks may need to know - the stairs to the 2nd floor (games and master bedroom) and the stairs to the basement (laundry) are the very steep, older style……

“There were 10 of us that came from out of state to attend graduation ceremony at Gonzaga Law. We all had enough space and the pool was great! Although the house is a bit dated, it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood is also very quiet. I would recommend this house to any large group!”

“I stayed at this property as a "layover" between events with my horse. It was absolutely perfect and I will definitely book it again next year if it's available! I have done this particular trip 4 times and I've always had to stable my horse somewhere else. This is the first time I was able to just sit out on the deck and watch my horse graze. We both got the rest we needed for the next leg of our trip. The house is absolutely stunning and has everything anyone would ever need. The views are……
