The Loft on 13th is a centrally located, upstairs unit in a historic craftsman home. Perfect for a stress-free stay in the charming Cliff-Cannon neighborhood of Spokane. The unit features 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and is perfect for couples, families or small groups. The home is located a couple of minutes from downtown and within walking distance of two grocery stores. Enjoy all the comforts of home while experiencing the beauty and culture of the area!

Comfortable loft in a great location

This apartment really lived up to the description and positive reviews. Favorites: The common areas are spacious, clean and comfortable. The kitchen was so well appointed, I would have liked more time to cook! The neighborhood is great for walking and only a few minutes drive to downtown. Minor issues: Limited storage in the small bedroom (but plenty in the main bedroom), and If you have older guests or small children, be aware that the entry stairs are rather steep and awkwardly close to the bathroom door.

The unit was close to grocery stores and downtown Spokane. Loved the kitchen and bathroom. Beds were comfortable. A little warm in the street side bedroom since it didn’t have an AC unit and it was 102 that day. But I just left the door open and so did my daughter in the other bedroom, so that I got some air from her AC. The couch was a little stained looking. Otherwise, we enjoyed our one night. It was quiet and the neighborhood was fun to drive around. Lots of cute homes. We also watched a whole family of turkeys cross the road😊
