The distance to Windsor Castle Heathrow and Kew Garden was perfect just a short drive We did UBER from Heathrow no problem and minimal cost . It was a wonderful home for our family of 4, with plenty of food and shopping within walking distance. 「We had absolutely no heating. I tried several times to contact the owner by email, messenger and by phoning her. No reply. I had been in contact with her regarding check in via email and messenger, I even sent a photo of the temperature in the house. 10 degrees.
