「Fantastic place! Very clean, front desk staff great and helpful, and room wonderful- smallish but sufficient. Best aspect of hotel was location-frequent city bus to and from train station came down main road (via Grande) with stop near hotel.」

「Poolis closed in Oct but was pretty. Breakfast was included and excellent. Had to carry luggage up a couple flights of stairs. 」

「This is a great resort. We stayed in one of their mobile homes but there's spaces for rent camping, vans, motorhomes and campers. I have mobility limitations and they were great to work with but there's a lot of access however in order to get to the beach you will have stairs. I chose not to go down. But there's a lovely vista walk along the water and view points with benches. 」

「I would stay here again. Nice place. Didn’t get to use the pool (December). Had a coin laundry in the car box (parking garage) that was reasonable compared to other places on my travels in Italy. The latte machine in the vending machine area was excellent for 60 cents euro. Great view of the sunset from our massive end unit patio. 」

「In general a very basic hotel. I booked a Junior Suite (as the booking price then was the same as a standard room, but bormally it’s not). The extra space though did not contribute in any way to more comfort, actually just a greater distance to the small and worn out bathroom. Don’t get fooled by the pictures, the “decor” in the room not very appealing. Breakfast was the worst I had so far in Italy. My Spa appointment was cancelled by them half an hour after it was confirmed. Pool-area was...

「Nice, spacious junior suite. Had all we needed for few nights stay. Loved the pool and sauna area. Good location and helpful staff. Livorno itself was bit outdated but we would stay longer because of this hotel. Travelling with small child and a dog, both were welcomed.」
