“There was no face to face interaction, all was done electronically. Could not use credit card to pay city tax could only pay with cash. ”

“Interesting decor, with a lovely looking bathroom, but no storage space for any toiletry items. The bed was firm (OK), but the pillows were like rocks. The forced air heating was on intermittently through the night, with very drying effects, even with the temperature set at 20°. The bar across the street where one had to go for breakfast had essentially zero choices for pastries. It also did not open early (on a Monday). As mentioned elsewhere, it is a steep climb to the first floor,……

“There was a loud construction noise coming from another room in the villa when we checked in at 7pm. The host messaged me saying that the noise would stop soon. It stopped for a few minutes but then started again and continued until about 9 pm. It then started again early on the following morning and continued until our check-out at 11 pm. ”
