"Do not recommend this hotel. We are a family of 3, booked a room that's supposed to accommodate 3 and upon check-in, there just 1 King Bed in a tiny room. Upon checking, the staff's response was that three people are expected to accommodate on 1 King bed.. (I was like.. r u kidding me.. ) . Parking is charged extra which is ok, however they add destination fee which was a surprise to us."

"Way too expensive, walls are paper thin, misleading charge for “riverside” room (we had a good view of the hot tub and courtyard), and several days after leaving they are charging us for something for $11. And breakfast is $18! Who does that? The whole place was a big rip off. I would not recommend staying there to anyone. They have just gone too far charging too much for a lousy facility. We could hear every door open and close, kids running back and forth shaking the building and we could hear every word of cleaning staff talking as the clean down the hall. "

"This was the perfect place for our family that includes three teenage girls! We were in town for a basketball tournament, so it was nice to come back in between games for a reset. It's centrally located with easy asscess to the freeway. The house was incredibly clean and the kitchen provided everything we needed. I appreciated the coffee/tea/hot cocoa station after a long drive in the snow! The host is great to communicate with and responds promptly. We would definitely recommend staying here!"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful but hotel is very run down. Sheets were stiff and scratchy and beds very uncomfortable. "

"I reserved your hotel for Feb 13th. I tried to check in about 3:30 and no one was at the counter. There was a note to call a number and that number rang to the front desk where no one was. I checked back between 4:00-4:15 and still no one there. I had to get to changed and get to a meeting and could wait any longer. I traveled a long way and had to get ready so I went and got another hotel. I am beyond angry. I would like a refund. $63.21. Brenda Johnson (406) 214-9135."

"The newer build was a good fit for our family of 5. Easy location to get on hwy and adventure from. Beds were made up nicely. Housekeeping needs work. Floors were dirty. Not enough towels even though there’s a washer and dryer. Old food was left in frig and appliances still had chicken bits in the air fryer and micro was dirty. "
