"It was easy check in and check out! Great location and a quick drive to Gonzaga U. Also very walkable to River Park mall and the restaurants nearby. Some improvements: have some heavy comforters for beds. Have a microwave in rooms? Maybe also consider having a Tesla charging stations."

"The staff was lovely! Having access to a gym and a great restaurant for breakfast was such a delight. We had a very wonderful stay. The room was not as clean as I expected. The sink was clogged up and there was hair in the shower. A little bit disappointed in the cleanliness. A lot of maintenance was needed on the stairs and overall carpet outside the room. However, the friendliness of the staff and the beauty of the area contributed to a wonderful experience."

"While the room was clean, the a/c was making banging noises all night every time it turned on, was so bad I shut it off. The toilet is really low, and is a loud flush. I asked for housekeeping two days in a row, no service. I didn't call the desk, and by the 2nd day, I decided not to say anything because was leaving in the next day. Family liked the pool and hot tub. I was looking forward to staying here, but the hotel carpets need a cleaning, The staff seemed nice, but one was upset that he had to stop looking at his phone when I went to go in the door. You get a paper for breakfast, but we didn't try it, and make sure you have a paper for your car so it doesn't get towed. For the money paid, I was disappointed."

"This hotel is very nice. Top notch all the way around. The person at the desk was courteous and helpful. The grounds are well kept. Room was clean, bed comfortable, hot water. Breakfast has hard boiled cage free eggs, Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, yoplait yogurt, egg burritos with salsa, coffee, several different kinds of Bigelo teas. Couldn’t have asked for a nicer place."

"This is a great value hotel. It enjoyed the morning coffee, breakfast at Rosie’s, and the Gilden Unicorn is a great restaurant, hidden gem only accessed through the hotel. All clean. Bed was only full size and random frequent sounds like pressure from pipes or something. But would stay again due its good location and value."
