This was a great house to stay at. Even the listing photos don’t do it justice! Very clean, well taken care of home that has an inviting layout for the whole family including the dogs. Margaret was great! We just wish we could have stayed longer and spent more time in the house and out in the gorgeous yard. Coffee on the porch or by the fire pit was great. We will be back!

This property was absolutely beautiful. The home itself is well decorated and was very clean. The property backing up to the river was gorgeous and we spent many hours in the yard and on the dock. Our fishermen actually spent most days on the dock when we were not booked for other things. They caught a large variety of fish and many crayfish, all were returned to the river. It was all for fun. The area was perfect for long walks through the many quiet streets, and many businesses were within walking distance. Rocket Bakery, about a block away, was a nice walk in the morning for delish treats and great coffee. But our kitchen was well stocked and we did enjoy cooking as well.Marg, our host, reached out often and answered my many questions quickly. Perfect communication!Being where it is, the road noise was noticeable during daytime hours but was not a huge issue. Nights were quiet and enjoyable on this huge lot.

Wonderful property in Spokane

This house was perfect for our weekend stay in Spokane with our family. The property was clean, well maintained, and tastefully updated. It is close to downtown Spokane (10-15min) and had lots of amenities near by. The property hosts were so easy to work. We needed a late checkout and they were more than accommodating to help us out! Will definitely stay here again next time we are back in Spokane.

Great place to stay!

We loved staying at the river club. It is a beautiful property within an enjoyable walking distance to other conveniences. We arose each morning to see crew teams rowing the Spokane River. Lovely neighborhood and the home is well stocked with amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The hosts are wonderful and do everything to make your stay perfect. We were also working and found the WiFi was exceptional - from the house all the way down to the riverfront. It was a great stay!

Little house on the river

Nice small house on the river. Property manager was attentive and nice. Biggest downer is that the house is next to a smelly power plant.
