Beautiful Appartment

Beautiful, hi-end appartment with everything you need during your stay. We were there for a volleyball tournament and walked everywhere. I sure do wish Spokane would do something about the loitering and homeless but I felt completely safe and comfortable in the appartment. We had a great stay!

Great loft very clean in a very dirty bad part of town. A great a place and host, I just would not stay there again due to the location.

Cool City Loft

My family and I spent a week in Spokane and the loft was a great launching pad for our adventures. The space is modern with a great kitchen to gather in at the beginning and end of the day. It was perfect for a party of 5. Downtown Spokane is wonderful, Covid took some liveliness out of the city during our stay but there are many beautiful places to visit in the vicinity.

Diana and Ronan were the best hosts! Responded to messages immediately, great communication made everything easy! Went out of their way to accommodate our family. Amazing rental, beach chairs, coolers for beach, beach towels, ect., everything you need is provided. It made flying down much easier then driving. Great view of beach/ocean. Property has beautiful, huge pool. Best in Topsail! Amazing restaurant on property also! Thanks again for a great stay! We will be back again!

Property is in a great location in downtown Spokane. Walkable to just about anywhere. Being smack in the middle of downtown made it a little noisy at night, but the host offered sound machines to drown it out. Some homeless people in the area, but my family never felt unsafe. Would definitely stay here again.

Four renovated rentals in a secure downtown building. Digital entry eliminates key loss. Two bedrooms two bathrooms clean and quiet. Convenient to the Satellite Diner for late night food and drink.

Hip Loft Downtown

We really enjoyed our stay in one of the renovated loft rooms called Lilac3. Very comfortable and roomy beds, stylish fixtures in the bathrooms and kitchen and a location close to everything downtown. Everything was sparkling clean and the kitchen had a full complement of cooking tools. Very pleasant experience!!!

If you want to visit Spokane, stay here

It was great to be downtown and close to great places to eat and the Riverfront Park that our kids absolutely loved. The property itself is awesome and we will definitely stay there again the next time we are in Spokane. The only issue we had was with the code to enter the property when we first got there. It took about 15 minutes to get in touch with someone to get the correct code and then all things were great from there.

The loft was great, clean, high end appliances and finishes all kept in immaculate condition. The area in which the property was in Spokane was very dirty much like the rest of the downtown area. There were also people injecting needles on the street just a hundred feet down the street. The property was secure but I wouldn’t recommend the area.
