Welcome to Guest House Le Acacie, a cozy villa in the green hills of Abruzzo, just 10 minutes from the sea of the Adriatic Coast, from the center of Pescara and the airport. Located in Spoltore, a charming historic village, our holiday home is ideal for those looking for relaxation and comfort. It is also a strategic point to explore the Abruzzo from the Trabocchi coast to the Majella National Park and many other enchanting places. In just ten minutes you can reach the city center of Pescara, for a walk on its splendid Riviera or through the streets full of shops. In addition, the proximity to the motorway junction and the ring road allows you to quickly access the main motorways to discover the other beauties of Abruzzo.
Le Acacie offers an apartment for ten people in a modern and suggestive location. The large and green garden will welcome you on arrival, giving you peace and serenity, for a holiday of wellness and relaxation. Inside, the living corner, complete with kitchen, will allow you to prepare lunches and dinners comfortably and in total freedom. The three bedrooms, each with a private internal bathroom, can accommodate families, groups and groups of up to a maximum of ten people.
The guest house was born in 2015 to offer tourists a holiday dedicated to the beauty of the Abruzzo region. Here, modernity is combined with nature, in a balance capable of giving an unrivaled rest. Without having to give up a strategic position, a few kilometers from everything that can serve.

This is our second time in Pescara and we were delighted that Marco remembered us and quickly reached out to us after we booked our stay. As ever, he is a wonderful host and was extremely accommodating in our check-in process and throughout our stay. The property is beautiful and in a lovely location that we have come to love. It is the perfect size for our family and we look forward to staying again in the future.

The guest house is lovely, clean, spacious and great for staying with kids. Nicely kept yard and patio, too. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently located to Pescara city and beaches. We had so much fun. We felt at home right away and Marco was an excellent host. An sich eine gute Unterkunft nach dem italienischen Standard. Man hat genügend Raum auch für die Kids zum spielen in- und outdoor. Eine nette und ruhige Lage mit allen leicht zugänglichen Einkauf- und Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Es fehlt an heißen Tagen eine Klimaanlage, es wird schon sehr warm im Haus. Und ein paar Mülleimer in der Küche wären auch hilfreich, sonst muss man alles in die Tüten einsortieren, die man überall aufhängt. Die Sanitärbereiche hätten ein paar Reparaturen nötig! Alles in einem, haben wir uns wohl gefühlt?

Zwei Schlafzimmer und die dazugehörigen Bäder sind sehr schön und funktional eingerichtet, das Vierer-Schlafzimmer samt zugehörigem Bad aber hat einen weit niedrigeren Standard. Der Garten ist toll und lädt zum Essen und Verweilen ein. Das Geschirr in der Küche war nicht wirklich sauber und ist eher knapp bemessen für die Grösse des Objekts. Beim Empfang gibt es nur 3 Sterne, weil er nicht wirklich herzlich war und ein wenig stressig, was die Forderung nach den Pässen betraf. Die Sache mit der Abfalltrennung und Aufbewahrung funktioniert viel besser als an manch anderen Orten, das war super. Für eine grosse Anzahl Gäste ist das Haus wirklich empfehlenswert. Alles in allem fühlten wir uns aber sehr wohl im Haus und Garten.

This is a lovely property with very spacious rooms. Each bedroom has a private bath. The property is very secure surrounded by a fence with security gates. There is a lovely shaded yard with a grill and picnic table. The yard is perfect for children to stretch their legs. An added bonus is the shopping area less than a couple miles away. We will be back

Die besten Tage hat das Objekt bereits gesehen. Hier und da besteht etwas Renovierungsbedarf. Bei der Sauberkeit darf man nicht die privaten Maßstäbe ansetzen. Der Vermieter, welcher die obere Wohnung des Objekts bewohnt ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und hält sich dezent im Hintergrund.

Ci siano trovati molto bene in questa casa perché è grande, spaziosa e ben rifinita. Un giardino recintato garantisce privacy e tranquillità. La posizione è molto comoda per visitare Pescara e i dintorni. Il proprietario è gentile e discreto.

La casa è veramente accogliente e comoda anche per gruppi familiari diversi in quanto le camere sono spaziose, ben accessoriate con armadi, cabine armadio e tutte con bagno padronale. Gli spazi esterni sono ben curati, e la privacy è garantita. Marco è una persona disponibile e gentile. La consiglio anche per la posizione vicina e comodo per raggiungere il centro città nonché le belle spiaggia di Pescara.

Perfect apartment in a quiet location just outside of Pescara. Ideal for day trips without being in the city. Close to great beaches in Pescara and our favourite Pineto.. The apartment is really well presented and very stylish with excellent accommodation for a family. Nice garden area. Marco the owner was an excellent host being helpful and available yet discrete. Marco, our host, was very helpful with recommendations and directions. This location is above Pescara in a secluded, but not isolated neighborhood. There is a shopping mall, Arca, with a food court, supermarcato and lots of shops. Highly recommended.

Marco`s appartement in Guest house "Acacie" in Spoltore nearby Pescara really is one of the best flats we ever had; and we had a lot. Very big sized with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a big well established kitchen and a very nice architecture; together with a nice garden in a quiet surrounding - perfect for relaxing holiday. Marco is a very friendly and helpful man, thank you very much!

La villa et non l'appartement est d'une propreté exemplaire ainsi que le jardin .Villa située sur les collines de Pescara a 10 minutes de voiture et a 15 de l'Adriatique.La location est bien située a 5 minutes d'un centre commercial il y a du super marché au restaurant ect::: Pour les balades voir la documentation avec Mr Candeloro homme très sympathique et chaleureux !! les restaurants sont bons il y en a pour tous les gouts! Cette maison est super, le propriétaire vis au dessus mais il est d'une discrétion exceptionnel. Bref nous avons eu l'impression d'avoir loué la maison complète. Nous étions 4 adultes et 3 enfants. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la SDB intégrée est vraiment pratique. 2 douches et 1 baignoire. Ce lieu est très calme la villa se trouve sur une butte, les vues lors de balades autour de la villa sont magnifiques. Commerce à proximité, marché le jeudi à Spoltore, la plage de Pescara est à 10' via la voie rapide. Il y a un restaurant à proximité de la villa, accessible à pied.

Il sig. Marco è un padrone di casa di una gentilezza e di una disponibilità infinita, ma allo stesso tempo estremamente discreto. Nonostante l'ora tarda (ormai quasi mezzanotte) ci ha accolto con gentilezza in questa bellissima casa. Pulita, accogliente, con ogni confort. I letti erano fatti e nei bagni c'erano a disposizione asciugamani morbidissimi. Al mattino ti svegli nel silenzio e puoi goderti una colazione nel giardino verdissimo e ombreggiato. La cucina è attrezzata con tutto il necessario (biancheria, posate, pentole), lavastoviglie e forno e l'immancabile MOKA per il caffè. LA casa si trova sulle colline di Pescara, in macchina dista circa 15 minuti dal centro e a 10 da un grosso centro commerciale, considerando che si trova isolata da tutto (giusto qualche casetta vicina) è d'obbligo la macchina. Quindi tutto perfetto e consigliatissima per tutti!! Grazie Marco per questo gradevolissimo soggiorno.

ci siamo trovati tutti splendidamente, la villetta è stupenda, sia all'esterno circondata da un giardino ben curato che funge da cornice a tutta la struttura, sia all'interno dove il design dell'arredamento stupisce in ogni particolare, il soggiorno con cucina offre la possibilità di cucinare comodamente e le ampie finestre si affacciano sul magnifico giardino. le camere sono molto comode e anche esse ben curate con un arredamento capace di adattarsi a qualunque abitudine di chi la occupa. la villetta inoltre è situata in una posizione "strategica" grazie alla quale è possibile raggiungere qualunque punto d'interesse nelle città vicine ma allo stesso tempo è appena fuori dal caos cittadino e regala una splendida atmosfera di relax. in ultimo ma non per questo meno importante la cordialità del proprietario Marco che ci ha accolto ed è rimasto a disposizione per qualunque nostra esigenza, tutti noi siamo rimasti molto colpiti e soddisfatti del servizio e ci auguriamo di avere altre occasioni per soggiornare qui. inoltre la casa è consigliatissima sia per chi viene da fuori con la famiglia per le vacanze o anche per chi abita vicino ma vuole staccare un po dalla frenesia della città per un meraviglioso weekend di relax. PS: giusto un piccolo sogno, una poltroncina in soggiorno per rilassarsi comodamente guardando un bel film la sera sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta che renderebbe indiscutibilmente perfetta la villetta. un caloroso saluto da tutti noi

La casa si prospetta già dal primo sguardo moderna comoda e soprattutto accogliente, è risultata comodissima sia come punto di partenza per visitare i dintorni data la posizione facilmente raggiungibile ma allo stesso tempo fuori dal caos cittadino regala un'atmosfera di relax impagabile, la cucina è comoda e facilmente ci si giostra anche in più persone per poter preparare pasti caserecci. Le camere arredate con precisione ed eleganza si allineano al resto della casa che risulta stupefacente già dal primo momento in cui si entra. In ultimo ma non per questo meno importante da elogiare la cordialità del proprietario che durante la permanenza si rende disponibile alle esigenze degli inquilini. Consiglio vivamente di scegliere questo posto meraviglioso per trascorrere le proprie vacanze a due passi dal mare per chi viene da lontano o anche per un semplice weekend di relax per chi vive nelle città vicine. Un saluto a marco Ps:un piccolo desiderio per il futuro, una poltroncina per rilassarsi davanti a un bel film nel salottino sarebbe la ciliegina sulla torta di questa meravigliosa casa :) Mi auguro di trovare altre occasioni per soggiornare qui.
