“There were only two luggage carts and neither was available when we were leaving. I don’t know why so many hotels have this problem. Are carts that expensive? I travel a great deal and it’s the first thing that I look for because I have two heavy suitcases and a cart makes a big difference”

“No elevator. We had to carry our suitcases up a flight of stairs. We didn’t have enough towels. There were four of us in the room and only two sets of towels. No free WiFi. Breakfast was very good. There was a cook on site and food was served for you. ”

“Our room was great! However, the hot tub water was green with brown ring around tub! The room was clean and nice! But they definitely need to fix this place up! Front doors of hotel left open day and night! Needs a paint job badly and fixing up! The complimentary breakfast was not very good! Limited choices! We booked for hot tub, if we would have known it was in this shape would have went elsewhere, but we couldn’t get a refund for room! This is not up to a Marriott standard hotel!”

“Dog deposit was $40 per dog...a bit much and the two dogs were angels. Water pressure was Very low with dirt in the tub.”

“Our room did not look like it had been cleaned well. There were stains on the floor, bathroom cabinets and tub. The sink in the kitchen area did not drain well and the disposal wasn’t working, this led to an odor. We planned to use the dishwasher but there was a plastic spoon and garbage bits in there as well as gross water in the bottom of the dishwasher. The faucet in the shower was coming off from the wall. I will say the front desk lady during our stay was helpful and offered to get……

“Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful. ”

“The room is clean but there was no breakfast that was promised as is listed and I did not know that there was a deposit which I barely had enough money to pay for and I was under the impression it was a refundable deposit that I would get it back which wasn't and the guy when I checked in was very rude and he gave me a lot of attitude when I checked in and I will never stay there again”

“Parking was fine and we did not use the hot tub.”

“We booked the room and paid for it online. When we arrived we were told the computers were down. We arrived late in the evening and they said they already completed their audit for the night and they showed we were booked for the next day even though I had the receipt. They turned us away and we had to find another hotel. Expedia was awesome and we received a refund on our payment.”

“This motel is very very noisy, couldn't sleep all night, very poor soundproofing, dirty and not cleaned ”
