On our first full day, our room was not serviced at all, the beds weren’t made, we didn’t receive fresh towels, the trash wasn’t emptied, and nothing was cleaned. Since our room didn’t have a phone, I had to go down to the front desk to ask about it. They explained that guests need to request housekeeping in advance because not everyone wants their room serviced. While I understand that……

“Expedia listed this property having free internet, but you had to become a Wyndom member or pay for WiFi use. The property was older, but clean and had a microwave, fridge (no freezer in the fridge which was inconvenient), TV, breakfast, one complimentary alcoholic drink per guest (unfortunately I left before breakfast and don’t drink, so I can’t comment on quality) coffee maker, The only dealing I had with the staff was the front desk and they were very pleasant and helpful.”

“My room was downgraded to a room with a tv that worked due to their new tvs in some rooms not being set up. I tried endlessly to get the room downgrade price difference refunded. Robert, the GM, continues to neglect calls and emails from Expedia (who I booked through). This hotel is in dire need of renovation (bath tub + ceiling had mold) and the front desk staff seem just as unhappy to be there.”

“The hotel was a wreck, totally runned down, smells like mold (we woke up in the morning feeling like we injested a large dose of mold). The outside was in terrible shape, looks like it’s about to fall down with half paint job done. Pictures advertised on Expedia were totally inaccurate! Our bathroom sink was totally clogged when we checked in and staff didn’t even offer to fix it when we complained about it. We would NOT ever recommend this place to anyone! “This property was a small, converted apt bldg. Lsrger and more comfy than most hotel suites, balcony, full kitchen with laundry, and two tv's...much like home. Well done. Nothing glitzy, super fancy, but clean and very comfy...everything in good working order. A little noisy outside, but I slept soundly, so not too intrusive...0would stay there again. Perfect for extended stays”

“Great breakfast. Tables cleaned when vacated. Staff was welcoming. Lots of parking Only knock is the shower had a bit of pink mold around the shampoo dispensers like it hadn’t been sanitized in a while. Enjoyed our stay.”

“Nicely decorated room but it smelled so musty and upon checking in our room, we found hair on the bathroom counter. It was remedied immediately. The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the performing arts center. Street parking is free.”
