“What a lovely place and a lovely area to spend a quiet weekend away with our pups. The cabin was beautiful from the architectural details to the artwork to the surroundings. We had a great weekend!”

“My family and I stayed here over a long weekend so we can visit some local attractions, including Cave of the Mounds. The house was great - 3 bedrooms, including a "kid's room" with 2 twin beds. It was a clean, long ranch house with one entire wall consisting of windows looking out to the back, which was all nature. A short walk out the back leads to a cliff with beautiful views of the neighboring hills and valleys. We saw turkeys each morning. The host, Barbara, was very easy to communicate……

“Cool Location within blocks of the river walk, circus world museum (great photo opportunities), and the Driftless Glen distillery that’s a good place for lunch and a whiskey flight). Downtown Baraboo is within walking distance with fun shopping and food. Our favorite was Baraboo burgers with a great fun atmosphere, local beer on tap and amazing burgers. 2 doors down check out Etcetera for all things Wisconsin. The house has comfortable decor, a stocked kitchen, and 4 good sized bedrooms. Not my……

“4 big bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - but the real WOW is the game room and the gigantic sunroom- perfect for meals, games, puzzles. We were visiting during the winter so the patio furniture will have to be on our list for the next time. Oodles of parking on the driveway and on the street. This house has a panoramic view of town and country. Outstanding customer service and speedy communication.”

“This is our second time visiting this lovely home. It’s so peaceful and calm. We always enjoy our stay. It’s a great getaway for our girls trip to American players down the road. We can hang out in the morning and watch the beautiful views, and the golfers on the golf course. The house is so completely equipped. “The house was roomy and extremely clean and comfortable! We were 2 grandparents, 2 parents, and a daughter (11 years old). We enjoyed being in peace and quiet, out of the comercial chaos of the Dells, but still close enough to visit if we wanted. There were lots of great restaurants in the area. The house itself had a beautiful kitchen, so we ate dinners in and lunches out. Hiking in Devil’s Lake was a highlight. Such a great stay!”

“Perfect location to enjoy all Baraboo and Wisconsin Dells has to offer. We hiked Devils Lake and the Riverfront in the Dells. Enjoyed visiting and eating at Driftless Glen, Ishnala and Tumbled Rock. The covered porch at the schoolhouse was especially great for our gatherings. The schoolhouse is well accommodated and the owners were extremely responsive to our needs. Highly recommend the Devils Lake Schoolhouse.”
