Family Vacay!

Easy Breezy Stay!

We loved this house! Spacious for the 8 of us staying there. My kids loved the games downstairs and the TV nook area. So relaxing to sit on the porch in the morning with my book and coffee. Wish we could have stayed longer!!

Spacious Haven for Memorable Holiday Escapes

We had a great week!

The house was as advertised. My husband fished off the dock each day. We rented a pontoon boat and anchored out in the gulf for a lovely afternoon then dropped everyone off on the dock at the house. The pool was warm and clean. Literally our only complaint is not enough bath towels for 9 adults for the week.

Great place to stay!

Excellent place to book for a stay. The location was great and the house was exactly as described. Communication with the host was easy and we were able to get everything we needed close by. I also brought my boat and the channel in the community and out to the gulf was very easy to navigate with plenty of depth for a 27’ center console. I’d recommend bringing another hose if docking a boat as the one there wasn’t long enough to reach the end of the dock. Overall great place and I’d definitely consider it again.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a peaceful, relaxing stay at this lovely home. It is tastefully decorated and well maintained. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything anyone could need. The pool was really nice as well and the gentleman who comes to maintain it is super friendly. The neighbours are also quite nice. We pretty much ate out for dinner every night, lots of fun Tiki Bars, we liked the lazy lizard the best though. We also used the kayaks a few times, they were fun to have. Alan is a great host and was very responsive whenever we had a question. I would recommend this home to anyone, we hope to visit again someday.

HE gave us many gifts. The host Alan was one. The house was one. The location was another. That you Father. Our family of 11( ranging from ages 3-78) had most wonderful time. There was something for all ages! The house exceeded the description in every way. We are thankful we spent time at this great home.

Wonderful place to stay!

This property proved to be a wonderful place to stay! The owner was on top of everything and easy to work with when we needed anything. The backyard pool and landscaping is so pretty with all the beautiful tropical plants and even an area of sand for the children. There were plenty of chaise lounge chairs for the pool area, the pool was clean and the pool temperature perfect. We took our 25 ft boat and were able to easily dock it which made for fun on the Hernando flats as well as some scuba diving for some of our group. Although we did not use them, there were kayaks available and they even have an exercise room. A very relaxing place that I hope we have the privilege of staying at again in the future. Thank you!

Great Home for Spring Break

We had a great stay for Spring Break! We traveled with our family and friends. The house was perfect for our needs. 5 bedrooms on three beautiful floors. The location is beautiful, situated on the water with great access to the Gulf. The docks proved easy launching of the kayaks and a great fishing spot for our kids. If you are renting or bringing a boat, the floating dock is not very large to tie the boat up to. Weather was cooler so the heated pool was a hit! We also loved having our own little beach in the backyard. The kitchen and living room were spacious and it was very nice to have a laundry room with washer & dryer. The house was not cleaned well and the cleaning crew was still working past the 4pm check-in, but it did not affect our vacation. The host was very easy to communicate with which made rental, check-in and check-out a breeze. We loved our stay!

Fun home with beautiful canal views from every window.

Our family really enjoyed our stay! The area was beautiful. Surrounded by the canals, each window had a lovely view! Neighbors were quiet and the location felt safe overall. The pool was an amazing temperature during our stay and there were so many additional toys, floats, and accessories that made spending hours in the pool effortless! The layout of the house is so accommodating for a large family, or multiple families, providing quiet individual spaces and entertaining common areas alike! The only drawback we had was that the pictures seemed to have been taken a while ago. Some gym equipment pictured was missing and many areas of the house needed fresh paint or minor maintenance. It feels like it’s time for some upkeep even on the exterior of the house. Other than that, we had a great time and overall experience at this home. The hosts check in frequently and are friendly and responsive! Linens and towels were clean and spotless! The lower level game area was a fun highlight!

Relaxing

This house had everything and more that helped our family have a relaxing carefree vacation. There was plenty of room for 7 adults and the fur babies. The fenced in yard was so worry free from pets running away. Will definitely be back and stay longer.

We had a great stay and highly recommend this home for a vacation.

Gulf Coast Getaway Vacation home was great. Super location, great amenities, clean, good furniture and well stocked with all the needed supplies. Close to all stores but in a quiet neighbor hood. The indoor spaces were big enough where all 12 of us could sit and chat with each other. The screened in porch kept out the bugs and was a nice big space where we also could sit together. Highly Recommend

We stayed in this gorgeous home for my son’s destination wedding, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. This house wrapped four generations of our blended family in absolute comfort — the first time we’ve all lived under one roof. Every detail was thoughtfully provided. The little ones loved the toys, and we were greatful for the high chair, Pack ’n Play, and safety gates. The older kids were thrilled with the video games, shuffle board and bunk beds. The pool area was stunning, with a built-in “beach” and loungers that made it feel like a private resort. And the kayaks were a huge hit for everyone! We are truly grateful for the warmth and care this home offered. We felt blessed, and we leave with memories that will be cherished for a lifetime. Highly, highly recommend.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family of 10. We even had a dolphin visit us our first morning! The kids (ages 2–15) had a blast, and the adults did too! The layout was ideal—plenty of room to gather together, yet easy to find our own space when needed. The house had everything we could possibly want, from shampoo to pool floats to kids’ toys. The kayaks were such a fun bonus—the guys especially loved spending time out on the water.The location was fantastic: Weeki Wachee was right nearby, Busch Gardens less than an hour away, and Orlando only about two hours. The pool was wonderful, and the sandy “beach” area gave the kids a true beach experience without the hassle of traveling to one.The host was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. We honestly can’t say enough great things and are already planning to rebook!

Florida here we come

The property was exactly as advertised and then some. The pool was great and there was left over pool toys. The fishermen were pleasantly surprised, there was fishing poles. we even had a crab boil. Us kayakers had plenty to choice from. We had a lot of compliments on the screened in porch. The daughter was really glad there is a very nice grill there also. You just need a guest book, I couldn’t find one.
