Nice sized house to accommodate the family and pet. The layout was nice. Everything was the perfect size and did not have a pet odor like most places do. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay through Thanksgiving and even cooked a Thanksgiving meal for the family.

Tennessee family visit

Our family of seven plus Haggard (the dog) drove down to visit family. This house was close to everything we needed during our visit. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking family meals. We would stay here again.

Thanksgiving!

Our family had a very relaxing, enjoyable time together this week. The house is located on a very quiet street, but the location was very convenient to Publix as well as Target and other stores and restaurants. Thank you for everything.

Great stay!

This is a comfortable, well decorated house we stayed in while visiting family in the area. The kitchen is well stocked for us to eat in with the kids. It had everything we needed for a great family get-away. We would stay here again!

Very clean and elegant place. A few items could have been better such as night light in the Master Bedroom and having a bunk bed that squeaks. I would have preferred twin beds in that bedroom. The stay was pleasant and quiet.

Very comfortable

So enjoyed our time and the peaceful atmosphere.Great layout and well thought out. We would stay again and appreciate that we could bring our frenchies. Had a great area to walk the dogs viewing the historic area. We had pizza at Viking pizza and it was next to a historic field we walked to see a beautiful sunset. Also walking to the fainting goat coffee house was a morning highlight

Great Comfortable House!!

Gretchen was super easy to work with and gave us very detailed check-in and check-out instructions. House was very clean with lots of amenities. Neighborhood seemed very safe. Lots of closet space and drawer space. Climate control was easy to use. Showers were clean with decent water pressure, I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful and easy—just as we always hope a VRBO stay will be! Gretchen replied so quickly to my questions/emails. The home is clean, so comfortable to just hang out when rest is needed from all the fun there is to do in Nashville. Gretchen provided a beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed home. with all the things our three couples needed! There were even info brochures to learn of things to do and see in the area. Spring Hill has all kinds of convinces and some great restaurants. Easy drives into Franklin (20-30 minutes depending on traffic), Nashville & Grand Ole Opry (dep on traffic 40-45 minutes). Even the neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood very walkable. Fainting Goat coffee was just a short two block walk! (Great peach iced tea and coffees!) I give all the stars and highly recommend this property.
