Great location, hotel looks fairly new. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside is you could hear people walking above if you stay in a lower level.

Adequate. Doesn’t seem too old of a building to be in need of such repairs/upgrades. Hall carpets are stained and dirty, corner moulding in halls and rooms is detached and/or deteriorating. Ant infestation so halls and elevators smell like bug spray. Amenities are very limited. Rooms are very two-star basic. But it’s safe, staff are friendly and it’s fine for a good budget stay.

The overnight front desk staff was so nice. Not fake professional nice but down home neighborly nice. My wife made a new friend and because of the overnight staff we will never stay at another hotel we visit . A wonderful experience. I overheard a customer having a problem with a reservation and they were so nice and helpful and solved the problem with some extra work.

Charging for outdoor parking
Our stay was very nice, everything was excellent I gave it a less than excellent rating since we now receive a $3 per nite parking fee. We were told this is a new policy We parked outside in the open parking lot and had to clean off our car of all the snow. I truly do not believe that parking in their open lot was and extra benefit that warrented a fee

No hot water parking fee
Hot water didn't get hot reported 2x no fix went to families house to take showers. Then they charged us $3 a night to park which i never new about the lady said it started in November. I told her we were here for 4nights in November and we weren't charged. Not happy with this experience don't think we will stay any more and we usually visit 12 times a year. Sad

It was ok
Charged $3 for parking. Told it was a Marriott requirement. Parking was in an open lot. I thought it was really odd. I will be reaching out to Marriott to figure out if this is really a thing moving forward.

Not impressed. Room had not been properly cleaned nor stocked with new towels and supplies when we checked in. My son was looking forward to getting in the pool the entire trip and the pool was not in service during our visit. Would not stay here again.

Very nice facility. Very clean, very nice room. Nice breakfast. The only negative aspect of this facility is the parking charge. It was only $5.95 so no big deal. However, this isn't a parking garage in a high price area, it is just a normal out in the open parking lot out in the middle of strip malls.Think of the parking lot in front of a store. AND I wasn't told about the parking fee until I checked out. Bad decision to charge that fee snd handled VERY poorly.

Always Good!
As always, a Marriott property has preformed very well. When there was a problem with the hot water, they moved us immediately.

this hotel was the worst hotel I’ve been to. the sheets weren’t changed, the pillows had huge blood stains. this was after laying down for a little before we notice. we told staff and were told “i don’t have any more pillows or rooms” . we asked for a refund or a new room and how ridiculous it was that there was nothing they could do. so the lady told us to give her time because she has audits to do.

2 stars for condition of properly bc of hot water issue that is apparently not being addressed. Booked stay without reading reviews, mistake. Didn’t realize that we would not be having hot water for showers. When my husband went to front desk he was told to leave the shower running for 10 minutes for hot water. 20 minutes later he had warm enough water to shower. Far from hot. This is not environmentally friendly. I suppose the “reuse towel signs” counters having a hotel full of guests running water for an additional 10-20 minutes. Expecting hot water especially in November doesn’t seem to be too much to expect from a large hotel chain. 🤔
