"Hotel staff were superstars, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful on arrival and departure, room was amazingly clean including the bathrooms (i usually find mould and could in this establishment) with modern renovations. I wasn’t a fan of the wheels on the king moving when jolted. The hotel had and amazing variety on offer of the complementary drink on arrival and breakfast was delicious and had plenty to offer. Great old school hotel made modern and exciting. Thank you for a memorable stay."

"Very clean room and friendly staff. Great view and amenities - the pool was my favourite place to chill. The only issue I had was that the TV apps wouldn’t connect/load because of poor wifi connection. But I was still able to cast from my phone anyway so it hasn't a huge problem."

Excellent bfast options and great courteous and kind service during bfast, best location in surfers next to Paradise centre and delux room upgrade and paid late check out were amazibg options. Gym and laundry also great. Loced it guyd. Thabknyoy. Keep it up. See you next time"
