“We need to visit this area several times a year. It's close to Cooperstown an easy drive along the lake with a price that is reasonable. Rooms are recently renovated and well maintained. Staff and owners are easy to communicate with. The information needed for check in, stay and departure were easily laid out. If you need a place to stay while having business to do in the Cooperstown area, I highly recommend KC's and best of all your pet is welcome.”

“The property is very close to the interstate and hospital. This is a plus because Little Falls has a lot of confusing one way streets. The host respond very quickly to questions. This is a first for me. I used to having to wait for the host. Last which was a big plus the host was very proactive with sending the check in information before check in date. Again this was a first for me. I’m use to getting check in information on the day of check in. The place was squeaky clean. It was……
