Very clean, mostly.

Provided amenities were lovely. One rug in the entry room of the smaller of the spaces had a urine smell. Otherwise, very clean. Larger unit has a 10 digit access code that I did not receive ahead of time. The 4 digit code obviously didn't work. But the response to our concern was prompt and helpful.

Over priced, dog hair, not clean, codes didnt work on all doors, code worked upstairs but that looked like a paint studio.

Great little place!

It was cozy and exactly as the pictures represented. We were there for Nike nationals, and it was close to everything. Great restaurants, a little downtown area that was adorable, and the university. Staying there for me, my husband, my son, and his coach; my husband and I stayed in the left-hand accommodations, which was really great for the two of us. And my son and his coach stayed in the left hand accommodations – totally great for them as well. Both left hand and right hand – rented as one – had kitchen, bathroom, perfect for all of us. Very, very clean. If we end up back there next year for the nationals, I will be renting it again hopefully.

Maybe I didn't read the description well enough, but I was pleasantly surprised it was 2 separate units. Unit 1 had a queen bed and 2 sleeper sofas (queen and twin, the twin is in the sunroom). The other unit is a queen with a loveseat on the livingroom. There were plenty of towels. We stayed for 10 days were provided an adequate amount of paper supplies and toiletries.

Great house, great location

Great spot- two linked apartments in the one house. We received the code to get into one but not the other, so it was confusing at check in. In the larger apartment, the drain in the bathroom didn’t work and the door didn’t latch. Also, dog hairs in the pans. . Easy things to fix. The other unit was perfect. The house was. really nice overall and in a great location. We often walked to a pub, to dinner, and out to coffee/breakfast. Easy to access the rest of Eugene and the trails at Ridgeline. Thanks for a great stay!

Wonderful location in Springfield

Cozy duplex in wonderful location in Springfield. Quiet area and near downtown. Outdoor furniture and bbq would have been nice but we made do with a homemade meal in the kitchen for our group of 5. Would recommend for small groups
