Clean and comfortable home. Enjoy the privacy of the entire Home, that can comfortably accommodate 4-5 people (max). Have the entire place privately yourself with 3 Bedrooms & 4 Beds. Nicely fenced backyard & small pets allowed (under 25lbs). Fully Furnished with cooking items (pots, pans, dishes) and short walking Distance to River Bend Hospital and McKenzie River, close to Interstate 5 (I-5), 3 Miles from Autzen Stadium, 5 miles from the University of Oregon & Hayward Field, ½ Mile to the Gateway Mall. Washer and Dryer & Private Driveway.

Family time in Eugene

We stayed at this house as it was within a short drive to University of Oregon where we were going to see a track meet. Lots of space, equipped kitchen and we even made s'mores in the fire pit in the large back yard. Quiet neighborhood and lots of stores and food nearby

Excellent Stay - Go Ducks!

Nice place, perfect for our needs. Lot's of extras... coffee, gourmet tees, breakfast bars, etc. Awesome backyard. Everything a family on a budget could hope for. Will certainly stay again for events in Eugene area!
