The Southwest Place 2203

Quiet comfort awaits you in this cozy home-away-from-home set in a beautiful country-like neighborhood in the heart of the Missouri Ozarks. Make yourself at home and use the fully stocked kitchen or the gas grill while enjoying the great scenery on the back patio. We have fast Wi-Fi internet and a desk if you need to get some work done. Log in to the smart TV and binge watch all your favorite shows before retiring to the very comfortable beds.
The property is a two unit Town Home/Duplex, so the driveway and back yard is shared with the guests next door. There is an outdoor security camera overlooking the parking lot. I don’t live on the property but I’m always available via phone or text. Please let me know if you need anything.

Visiting a friend

Came to Ozark to visit a friend. The location of this VRBO was great! We were in a quiet area, and not directly on a main road. The listing for this house was spot on and perfect for our stay.

Great Place

We stayed for two nights and the house what’s exactly what we needed. Good space for 4 adults and an infant. Had high chair available which was awesome. Location was quiet, beds were comfy and rooms were a good size.

Home away from home

This was a very pleasant stay. Felt like we were staying with friends. Very comfortable but better yet, the host was fantastic with communication and felt more like a family friend who was sharing their home. We would come again!

My wife and I had a business trip in Ozark, MO. We rented this home for 3 nights and could not possibly have been more pleased... Our host thought of EVERYTHING. It's a perfect home, easy check-in, easy check-out, end every amenity we could possibly need. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Nice and clean place to stay

Nice place to stay for the weekend to attend a wedding nearby. Lots of little extras supplies in case we forgot something or some granolas to grab on the way out. Nice big backyard if you have kids that need some space to burn some energy. Owner was quick to communicate with. Will consider again if in the area.

We Plan To Stay Here Again Next Year!

My mom and I come to Ozark every year for a women's conference at a local church there. This year was the first year we decided to book a VRBO rather than a hotel and we are so glad that we did! We loved this place, and plan to book it again for next years conference! It was worth every penny. The property owner went above and beyond for us to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We would 10/10 recommend!!

This was a great experience. Its about the little details. All possible needed appliances. Inviting patio with a BBQ. Flyers with plenty of things to do if you don't have your days filled. Guest book to sign and read through.

Park like setting. Great vacation home.

Property was in a good location. Felt safe. Host was wonderful! Love the extra touches. A/C and heat worked really well. Nice having 2 bathrooms and laundry. No issues at all. Outside property very peaceful wanted to stay longer :). Backyard like a park.
