“Decent quality 3 star hotel on negombo seafront. Nice garden facing the beach and great views of sunsets.
Guests were a mixed crowd of locals and foreign tourists.
Check in process was slow and inefficient. Staff seemed to struggle to process a group booking ahead of us and told us to wait. This took more than half hour.
The older lady who showed us to our room incorrectly told us that there was no room service. Her younger male colleague confirmed there was room service and said he was……

“Beautiful hotel, very centrally located and right next to the ocean.
Our room was nice and spacious and clean.
Staff and management were very nice and helpful all around.
Eg 1: I had hurt my ankle the previous day, and over our 2 day stay, they assisted my wife in getting ice for my leg.
Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us).

“Ella is a dream and this property was so nice! The whole ambiance is beautiful and calming. They even have a garden on the premises. Our room has a magnificent view great for watching the sunrise. I opted to watch from outside near the garden. It was so magical to watch the Sun rise while listening to the birds serenade in the background and faint Buddhist chants growing gradually louder as the Sun came up! I highly recommend this property for your stay in Ella and wish we could have stayed……

“総合的に素晴らしいホテルだった。
立地がとてもよく、レストランやお土産屋さん、スーパーマーケットなどが徒歩圏内にあり、ホテル内にもレストランやカフェがあるため何も不足が無かった。
オーシャンビューの部屋を希望したので、部屋の大きな窓から壮大なインド洋（結構波が荒い）の夕日と、海岸線を走る列車のコラボレーションを見ることができた。部屋もホテル全体も良く清掃されていて不快に思うことはなかった。
スタッフは皆んなとても親切でフレンドリーだったし、女性スタッフのサリーがとても美しかった。Diwaliの美しいセレモニーに立ち会えて幸運だった。
