Perfect house and location

Girls trip to visit St. Augustine for the holidays. House was the perfect spot. Close enough to the action but a quiet respite from all the hubbub when the day was through. House had everything you would need and WA’s immaculately maintained. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back

Wonderful property

Everything was exactly as stated in the listing, it was a very peaceful location yet very close to downtown, restaurants, activities, etc… Linda was very quick to respond to any questions I had. It was very clean and we hope to return for a longer stay soon!

Simply Perfect

Everything about our stay at this beach house was wonderful. The views are stunning, and the beach is easily accessible. So many small details in this house make it feel like a home. There are great restaurants within walking distance, yet the property is so incredibly tranquil and secluded.

Great house Great ocean view

We loved Cottage 2! It is clean, beautiful, spacious two stories, and has a great balcony for a fantastic ocean view! There is easy access to the beach at the end of the parking lot. Linda is a wonderful communicator and so very nice! We would definitely stay here again.

This house was absolutely perfect. Loved that it was supplied with everyday essentials like toilette paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. The only downside was the beach for me. It was full of shells and I had expected the white fluffy sand. I would come back though!

Perfect location equipped with everything you need

We booked this place along with the larger cottage next door for a family trip for my mother's birthday. Everyone absolutely loved Linda's cottages! The cottage was well-equipped with everything we needed. The beach towels and chairs were very appreciated. It's nice not to have to travel with bulky beach items. You can't beat the location. There are tons of good restaurants within walking distance, the historic district is just a short drive away, and we were steps away from the beach. Linda is a great host. She really knows how to make you feel comfortable and she gave tons of great suggestions for restaurants and activities. I would absolutely recommend this cottage and will stay here again the next time we are in St. Augustine!

Very Clean

We were so impressed by the cleanliness of place! I always bring my own bedding on vacation...sheets, blankets and pillows...as I am not comfortable using those provided. But I had no problem curling with those in the house! The location is great. The house is spacious and the beach is clean and not crowded. We love St Augutine beach and would stay at this rental again and again. Only issue we had was the supply of kitchen supplies. They could use more baking pans and utensils.

Beautiful and comfortable

No hype in the description! The cottage has beautiful ocean views and it's a short stroll to the beach...great for running/walking (flat). Nearby there are plenty of great places to eat. The cottage itself is very attractive...modern and clean. It may sound strange, but the most unusual aspect of the cottage is that both full bathrooms are fairly palatial. Of course, you don't spend much time there, but taking a shower is a real experience. The upstairs living area is large and the appointments are upscale (e.g., kitchen appliances, washer/drier, large flat screen tv). The wifi seems pretty fast as well. The downstairs bedrooms have comfortable beds and flat screen tvs as well. This was our second visit to the cottage and on both occasions we've found Linda and her husband to be straightforward and helpful. The other three cottages in the complex offer options for larger groups. (We've been in one of them and it was very nice.) It's not often that we stay somewhere with nary a complaint, but that's been our experience at Cottage Two. We look forward to returning!

Perfect get-away!

We loved our visit! Short morning walk to delicious Kookaburra coffee and enjoyed it listening to the waves as we enjoyed it on the porch of cottage 2. Everything was lovely - super clean and can’t beat the location…beachside living and just 15 min from downtown sites. Great host - easy check-in/out and sent awesome suggestions for dining and exploring.

Lovely Cottage!

Beautiful cottage with gorgeous views. The home was clean, open and airy. 10 minute drive to all the attractions of downtown St. Augustine and it was also a one minute walk to the beach, which was a fantastic. Thank you!

Awesome Stay

The house is perfect for our client event. We fly groups in through the TPC tournament spend the evening and then flight them out the next evening. Every single person is highly complimentary of the house, location, and especially of the awesome view. Great host, our second time renting cottages 1 & 2. Perfect event.
