If you are looking for a vibrant 3rd Floor Balcony Suite Plus, then look no further. This condo is just peachy, it has the advantage of the queen Murphy bed in the living room area. Even though there is a king bed in the private bedroom, many guests opt to sleep on the queen Murphy bed so that they can wake up to the sunrise on the ocean front. Kick up your feet as your relax in the recliner or with the ottoman. Enjoy the large 37" flat screen TV in the living room or a nice 26" Flat Screen TV in the bedroom. This condo has the full kitchen and a lovely kitchen table. The bathroom has been repainted in a lovely yellow and has the tub. The private bedroom has the comfortable King size bed and tile throughout this condo keeps things clean and tidy. If you are looking for some Florida warmth, you'll find it in Condo #324. NO PETS ARE ALLOWED Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Not smoke free!!

Everything was as expected, basic amenities plus what we came for: beautiful view of dunes and great beach! BUT property is advertised as smoke free and our unit reeked of decades of past smokers. An air purifier was running when we arrived but not effective. I wouldn’t chose this unit again but Beachers? Yes!

Does NOT sleep five as listed

When I booked this, I entered that we would have five adults. This says it sleeps five. I asked about sleeping arrangements and was told they would have a twin roll out. Not only was it not there, they refused to let me use one without paying for it. I was not told this and I have screenshots to prove it. I was told that most people “bring kids who just sleep on the couch”. That’s where the fifth bed is. Again, in put five ADULTS in the booking. We had no linens for the Murphy bed. We only got towels for four. This condo does NOT sleep five. Just be aware. The staff was nice. However when messaging, you are not speaking to the owner. You are speaking to the office and multiple people respond to it. Apparently that’s where the confusion was. However, I have proof of what I was told. Not a happy customer and won’t be returning here.

Very clean efficient condo. Loved the leather furniture. Refreshing coastal breeze from the balcony with beautiful ocean views.

Family beach fun

The place was great very wonderful view. Only thing I would add or change is cooking tools. No Baking sheets and only one pan to cook on stove. Also for safety I would have loved to see a top lock out of reach of small children for the main door. The beach was beautiful and the staff was amazing and always helpful

Absolutely wonderful!

We had an amazing vacation! We look forward to returning very soon. The staff at this location were all super friendly. We were greeted by all employees every time we passed one. It was cozy, clean and the view out my private balcony was absolutely beautiful!! The only down side to the vacation, nearly all local restaurants in the area are not open until Wednesday evening- we stayed Monday-Thursday. Luckily, there’s a Publix and WinnDixie grocery stores abt 5 minutes down the road. The Dollar General abt a mile from the Condo was a wreck and had a horrible choice of staff. We could have drove on into St Augustine for dining, but that downtown area is just so busy. We will return to this location!!

Great view, nice staff, uncomfortable beds

The place is Right on the beach, we were given parking passes for both of our vehicles as soon as we arrived which was very convenient. We used the pool bathrooms to change before heading to the beach until our 4pm check in. The listing mentioned a pull out sofa bed and a Murphy bed in the living room and a king sized bed in the bedroom, but only one of the options could be used at a time in the living room and all three were very uncomfortable, luckily it was just for one night. Everything else was wonderful, we will likely look at this location again, but in a different room that may have nicer beds.
