The house was excellent, couldnt ask for anything more. Fishing right off the dock. Caught rays, eels,channell cats, red drum. Very relaxing. We needed this very much. Only complaint is shower water didnt stay warm very long. Best place we've stayed in St. Augustine yet. Definetly would return.

Beautiful Ground Level Unit with Fabulous View

We very much enjoyed our stay. This ground level unit is clean and well appointed and provided everything we needed. The pool was a nice feature which we used frequently.

Beach get away

Wonderful house very clean and neighborhood is very quiet. Stayed for a week and felt right at home. We brought our kayaks plenty of room to park the trailer. Rented bikes from Anastasia bike rental, Tom dropped them off and picked them up. Just a short ride to the beach. Will absolutely stay again.

Great location and great house

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this house. The house was well appointed with many things that you would desire. These items allowed us to have a large variety of meals and not just order take out or pizza. The dock on the canal provided many hours of entertainment and excitement each and every evening. My family actually left shopping early to go catch crabs and fish. The four of us caught over 20 crabs and more than 10 fish. Highlight of our trip!

Close to beach and hiking trails

The neighborhood is interesting. Safe but lots of construction. The dock and water area are great. The deck in the evening is quiet and restful. The house has lots of cooking utensils. Well stocked. The house is nice but lots of odd things. Like the master bath door doesn’t close all the way. The stools in the dining and kitchen area are too tall and you can’t sit at either place for a meal. The beds have rubber sheets and are hard as rocks. The furniture in the living area is not setup to watch TV. We liked the house and proximity to everything it just want many comfortable.

Lovely spot in Butler Beach area

What a wonderful property! Updated and clean with everything we needed to hold us over while waiting for our movers. The canal front location is lovely and peaceful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend! The only thing I would change , and it’s a personal preference, would be to have a regular height table instead bar height. Tough for those arthritic bones to get up and down.

Mini Staycation

Came down to do some fishing and boating. Home was beautiful, however, bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. If you don't have a flat bottom boat, I wouldn't bring it in the canal as the tides change drastically. There is a nice park with reateooms and a double boat ramp about a mile down the road and it's not crowded during the week.

Everything was wonderful. We loved the house and location. So easy to get into St. Augustine. We also took day trips to Amelia Island and Daytona Beach. Dani and team were great and checked in several times to make sure all was ok.

Friendly neighborhood

Great spot for a getaway. The neighborhood was very friendly. We fished from the dock behind the house. Within walking distance was the intercoastal waterway and the ocean.

Cute, clean and nice location

If you are looking for a place out of town and near the beach, this is it. We fished and kayaked out the back in the canal. And we walked a short distance to the nice beach. The house was nice and had all the amenities you need.

Perfect Home & Amazing Management Team

This house was perfect for our needs and was one of the cleanest homes I have ever rented. The pictures are accurate but arrival is even better than the pictures showed. Every need was met including beach towels and chairs. The dock on the canal is serene and my pups loved laying on the gated back deck to watch the boats come by. When the Keurig coffee maker was discovered to be broken the management team through Euphoria Vacation Homes and specifically Dani Fattizzi insured that a new one was delivered the same day. The check in and communications were seamless and very non-intrusive. I felt like help was available when needed but no one was looking over my shoulder, an impressive management team to say the least and a great property!

Perfect Get Away

The property is perfect for a vacation stay. We were there for a long weekend birthday celebration and thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The house is well stocked with absolutely everything you could need. My one and ONLY suggestion is to add a coffee pot for folks who want to brew a whole pot rather than the individual k cups. That's just our preference. We brought our jon boat and did some fishing, spent an evening in St Augustine and cooked an awesome meal while there. The local restaurant at the entrance of the community, A1A Back 40, was an added treat that we really liked as well. The place isn't huge but the layout makes it seem bigger than it is and we had plenty of space for 5 adults. We were there in January so we didn't spend any time at the beach but plan to go back this spring or summer and will definitely do that on our next trip.

House was clean and inviting as soon as you walked in. Beautiful decor and very spacious. Canal is very peaceful and only a very short drive to restaurants and shopping. The only complaint, was we just couldn't get the fish to bite...lol We will definitely be back to stay at this little hidden gem again!

Serenity just short distance from city

First, the location was perfect. Just a short drive into downtown and all the sights and attractions, but quiet and relaxing after a day of sightseeing and activities. The house itself is really clean and beautiful, most comfortable bed I've slept in outside of my own! An absolute must do is enjoy the back deck by having a cup of coffee and watching the sunrise over the canal! So much was provided for guests and I loved the little details. The shampoo and conditioner were great. Check in and out was seamless. I would love to stay here again and highly recommend!
