Morning light streams through wide windows as waves roll across Crescent Beach just outside. You can step onto the covered lanai to watch the horizon shift with the tides, feel the ocean breeze on your skin, and listen to the rhythm of the surf. Each day begins and ends with the sea only steps from your door.

Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms provide space and flexibility for up to six guests. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, ensuite bathroom, and direct balcony access with ocean views. A second bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and closet storage, while the third features a twin daybed with a trundle and multiple desks for added convenience. A second full bathroom with a walk-in shower completes the layout.

Living spaces
The open concept living area is framed by large picture windows that bring the outdoors in, filling the room with natural light and sweeping Atlantic Ocean views. Comfortable seating makes this the perfect place to gather, enjoy morning coffee, or relax to the sound of the waves.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals, complete with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and cooking basics. The dining table invites conversation over shared meals, while in-unit laundry ensures ease for longer stays.

Outdoor living
From the private covered lanai, you’ll enjoy unobstructed ocean views and a direct path to Crescent Beach. The space is ideal for afternoons in the breeze or watching the sunrise over the water.

Community amenities
During your stay, you’ll have access to a heated pool, tennis courts, and two free parking spaces. An elevator provides easy arrival, and beach essentials are available for your use.

Neighborhood
Located near the Intracoastal Waterway, the condo is a short drive from historic downtown St. Augustine, where dining, shops, and local attractions await. The combination of oceanfront setting and nearby conveniences makes this space well-suited for families or couples.

Amenities
The property offers Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and TV with standard cable. Essentials such as bed linens, towels, soap, and toilet paper are included, along with a washer and dryer. Safety features include a smoke alarm and fire extinguisher. Please note there is no carbon monoxide alarm and shampoo is not provided.
