The owner was very friendly, helpful and quick to respond to our questions. We have stayed in many vrbo and this was one of the best! Highly recommend and would stay there again!

Everything about the property is excellent. Very clean which is most important. But very comfortable and well maintained. Has everything you need for a nice stay. Property is very conveniently located to all local attractions, shopping, dining, etc. We will be back.

Stayed for a getaway with my spouce. The unit made us feel at home and we had a great time. Very comfortable and quiet. Super close to historical downtown so it was a really enjoyable experience.

St Augustine downtown

Easy parking even for a Navigator. Spotlessly clean. Everything you’d need to cook if you wanted to but 4 easy walking blocks to the main area for access to all the activities. Easy to use modern washer dryer. Having stayed in several properties throughout the US, this is in the top 3 for sure. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Cozy oasis in a perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Grand Oak. The property has been beautifully renovated, and we had everything we needed for our two night stay. The location cannot be beat! You are in a quiet neighborhood, but only minutes away from many of St Augustine's hot spots. We walked everywhere we went and never needed the car.

Very comfortable

We had a great stay in this apartment. It is very clean and comfortable, and had everything we needed for a weeklong visit. It is walking distance to the historic downtown and bay front, we put in lots of miles on foot. Definitely would stay here again. Owners are on-site and respond quickly to inquiries.
