Beach side condo - Very Nice

Great location. Close to St Augustine for shopping and entertainment. Condo was very nice, but also in need of minor repair - closet doors had rusty tracks and hardware and did not operate. Check-in is marginal. Pick up paperwork after dark at a location without a sign or street address - passed it about 5 times before walking onto the porch in a building by building chase. No map to lodging - which was almost across the street, but with two entrances, one if which does not work for guests - but no heads up on this. The second worked fine, but address for condo did not map correctly in GPS and took several drive arounds to locate. Also did not include code to beach gate, which we got from another visitor to the area (and wrote down in the condo to possibly help future visitors). Overall great place, nice stay. Property manager could help more by adding a map and gate code to welcome package.

Our condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. Condo was close to all amenities . Close access to beautiful beach which we enjoyed everyday. Great experience overall.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience in communication with anyone involved with this listing. We had issues from the very start of the trip and we were not able to get in contact with anyones to get it resolved. The company that listed this property did not communicate with the condo that we were coming and we had to wait awhile while security was trying to figure out what to do after some time and some much convincing we were able to get into the community with only a daily pass to park. The office for the condominium was closed and we were not able to resolve the parking issue so we had to go every morning to get a new pass for the cars so they wouldn’t get towed. Once inside the apartment we did not have any internet or cable the entire time. I had some work to do and had to drive to a coffee shop to be able to get it done. Again called multiple times to get this resolved with no response. And last we booked this location to be able to go to the beach and we were not given the code to the beach access which left us with having to drive down to the beach and look for parking. We might as well stayed in a different cheaper location if we knew we weren’t going to be able to access the beach and we were going to have to drive to the beach anyways. Finally the last day of my booking I got a call back and person on the phone was very unhelpful and when I asked I was going to get compensated for all my issues I got a very nasty “yea not likely” was told that’s they were going to call me back and never did. After all this I called the company that deals with the listing and keep getting the run around for over a week already. Overall will never book this place again and wish I didn’t from the very start very disappointed.

Fun in the Sun

Nice time. The Condo was clean and fairly well stocked. Although the furniture was mostly wicker, we understood why. While there were a few repairs which needed to be attended to, it did not really impact our stay. Bottom line: we would go again.
