Totally remodeled modern beachside oasis. Stay 100 feet from the pool and 500 feet from the ocean in this immaculate ground floor condominium. Second larger pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball and racketball a stone's throw away. Low density development creates relaxing enviroment with pools, private beach access and other amenities.

Excellent Extended Getaway

We loved staying at this property for a much needed 10 day vacation. All communication upfront was detailed and accurate. Jonathan was responsive and checked in on us during our stay to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The property is just a short walk to the beach which is ideal with young children. There were plenty of supplies in the condo for our use. It has been recently updated and everything is in working order. We hope to come back to one of our favorite beaches soon!

Great condo, loved our stay

This was a really great condo in a wonderful location. My family and I have been staying at Sea Place every year, and this is, hands down, my favorite condo we've rented. The owner is very kind and helpful and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. We will definitely be renting this condo again in the future!

Family Vacation

My family has been going to St Augustine and staying in Sea Place since 1999. This is one of the best condos we have stayed in- the updated kitchen provided a perfect amount of space for us to host our group (23) people for dinner and then we all spread out throughout the condo and the one next door to eat together. Jonathan was a wonderful host, we will definitely book this condo again!

Exactly what we were looking for

Heron's Nest was the perfect place for our getaway. Close to St. Augustine and a quiet location on a beautiful beach. The unit is clean and updated and included some nice extra touches including a welcome basket and toiletries. Jonathan, the owner checked in with us when we arrived and was available and responsive from the moment we made our reservation right up until check out. I highly recommend a stay at Heron's Nest!

Spring Break

We had a great trip to Butler Beach for Spring Break. Jonathan was a great host and his communication throughout our stay was appreciated. The condo location was convenient and all the amenities were as described. We will definitely consider staying at Heron's nest again in the future.

I appreciated that the condo was convenient to beach-a small community and not overly crowded-convenient to St Augustine and close to attractions. the unit itself was updated, clean, and large to accommodate a family of four. I appreciated the updates and conveniences offered by the owner. great experience and would rent again.
