“In three days of staying there, the room was never made up once was never checked never clean towels never knew coffee”

“Clean, comfortable and right on the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby.”

“I booked a room through a third-party travel site and, when I arrived late at night with my child, the hotel staff told me they could not find my reservation. Since I needed a place to stay, I booked another room directly through the hotel. Unfortunately, what I was not told during check-in was that the room I booked was actually for the following week because I had accidentally selected the wrong date. Had this been pointed out at the time, I would have been able to cancel the reservation……

“Asked for having a few cooling elements frozen overnight to keep medication cool the next day. Request denied despite an almost empty freezer for ice cream in the reception area.”

“Clean room, good breakfast, very nice staff.”

“Our room was in desperate need of a makeover. The tub was all scratched up and the towel bar was missing. The wall paper was peeling. There was a knob missing on the credenza, I later found the knob stuffed into an extremely dusty cubby in the desk. The lobby smell was overwhelming with air fresheners. We were able to get an early check in (1.5 hours early), perhaps the room was our punishment for an early check in. Very disappointed, not worth the price!”

“I had difficulty with several things while using this property. The room held two queen beds, with space for four people. However, the bathroom only had towels for three, and towel hanging hooks for two towels. There was plenty of free wall space to add towel bars for allow four people to dry their towels without hanging them on the same two hooks. Yet, they did not offer that and it was very inconvenient. The beds were on platforms that made them so tall it was extremely difficult to get into……
