Come and enjoy beautiful Crescent Beach in this affordable condo that sleeps 6 comfortably. Recently refreshed with all new furnishings and beautifully decorated. Tile floors in all main areas and bathrooms. Only a 2 minute walk to one of the best beaches in Florida and less than 1 minute walk to the amazing Matanzas river. Located in building D, on the 2nd floor, directly across from impressive pool, covered BBQ grills, tennis & pickle ball courts, with fun cornhole setup. Pool, BBQ gas grills, Pickle Ball & Tennis accessible from 8am to 10pm daily. Get ready for a fun in the sun vacation or relaxing lifestyle.

This impressive 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo provides a fully stocked kitchen with Microwave, Blender, Coffee Maker and more. Dining room seating for 4 and eat-in bar seating for 2. Two TV's provided with Xfinity cable and streaming services available using your personal login.

Fun activities all close by at our condo. For those who have boats, kayaks or paddle boards, storage on property at the complex is available at no charge.

We enjoyed our stay and Robert was excellent about keeping in touch with us. Only a few minor problems and he was quick to get back to us and take care of any issues that we had. It is an easy walk across the street to the beach and also to the intracoastal waterway where my husband went fishing. It was very clean and had everything we needed until we could go shopping.We met several full-time people that owned condos and everyone was very friendly and helpful. We look forward to coming back again next winter!

This is a very convenient location for us. We were in town for a pickleball tournament and have stayed at Pelican Inlet before. Loved that we could play pickleball here with other guests.

We booked the condo for 2 months (December 29th to March 2nd). The condo was clean, and comfortable. There were a few minor issues, which the owner corrected quickly. He was very gracious. We had hoped to book the unit for next year but it is already booked.We have stayed at Pelican Inlet several times over the years and appreciate the amenities, and location.

Everything was in good condition, relatively close to the center of St. Augustine, around 12-15 min. The property was very quiet and clean. We kept in touch with the owners and they were always available. My family was very satisfied. Thank you for everything.

This is our second stay, the beach is right up the road. All people are very friendly. The pool is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and very clean inside we are coming back in the spring. Although the property is older, it has been remodeled. The community pool and grounds are very clean. It is located in a quiet area. The owners were quick to respond to messages. Would stay there again and would recommend .

Excellent beach condo!

Condo was super clean and well stocked. A 10/10, would recommend and stay again. Host was very responsive to messages, but we didn't need to reach out much because everything was very easy! Pool was just across the parking lot, also very clean and warm. One thing to note (for those not from the area) - the public beach access way is just across the street, but has a good deal of stairs to cross the dunes... No fault of the condo owner, but those carrying lots of kiddo's beach gear, beach carts don't work! There is drive-on access for those with 4wd vehicles like a couple blocks or so up the coast.

The property was nice just like the pictures, it was a great location condo smelled clean and had great feel. I didnt like that there was markings i. The walls with pencils and the dishwasher and cabinets were old and had rust on them. But otherwise it was oerfect

Perfect week at the beach

Excellent access to the beach across a public walkway or by car or bike one block north. The pool was really nice. Great restaurant 2 miles south, The Commander's Shellfish Camp. We just loved our stay. Always wish it was longer. Maybe two weeks next time? :)
