The Space:

Pack up the family and your furry companion, and get ready for a fun stay in sunny St. Augustine, just a short 20-minute drive from the beach and the historic district of St. Augustine! Your vacation crew will love spending time here between outings, where you can enjoy serenity and tranquility on the newly constructed deck with an enclosed screen room with seating. The home is on a traffic-free street, nestled among several pine trees in the privacy of the surrounding forest. This home is ideal for groups of 4 but can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests.



Step inside to a bright and spacious open floor plan. For relaxing downtime at home, there’s a spacious sitting room with comfortable sofa seating and a large TV. For mealtime, there’s nothing more convenient than having a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher for quick clean-ups so you can get back to spending time with your loved ones. To enjoy your homemade creations, there’s a dining table that can also serve as a laptop-friendly workspace if needed. There’s a laundry room with a washer and dryer for even more convenience!



The house features a queen bedroom with a TV and a second bedroom with two queen beds suitable for kids, solo travelers or couples who don't mind sharing a slightly smaller space. And Because we know self-care is important, there are 2 beautiful full bathrooms with some essentials like soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided. Additionally, there's a sofa bed that can sleep 2 if needed.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the home during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

One of the best highlights of this property is its close proximity to attractions/activities, beaches, local eats, groceries, and golf. You’ll be about a 20-minute drive from the historic district of St Augustine! Just a short drive away, you’ll find serene beaches, and with the close proximity to I-95, you will have access to everything you need for a great stay. The home is only a short drive from numerous dining options as well as Saint Augustine, Beach, and Vilano Beach.



Getting Around:

The optional airports and their approximate distances to the property are:

- Northeast Florida Regional Airport (UST): 8.3 miles

- Daytona Beach International Airport (DAB): 60.8 miles

- Jacksonville International Airport (JAX): 49.8 miles

- Orlando International Airport (MCO): 125 miles

There is parking in the driveway and the carport for 3 vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

There are stairs inside the home that lead to a private storage area. They’re securely blocked off and not accessible to guests.



Baby equipment is available for a fee.



Guests may need to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation and/or upon arrival.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Please note that there are outward facing cameras on all sides of the exterior of the house and near the shed (no audio).



For reservations of 25 nights or more, a mandatory maintenance check will be conducted to ensure the property remains in excellent condition during your stay. This check will typically take place 1.5 to 2 weeks after your arrival.

We will coordinate the specific timing of this visit with you to ensure minimal disruption and accommodate your schedule. Please note that access to the property for this maintenance check requires prior authorization.



A complimentary cleaning will be provided every two weeks for stays longer than 28 days. Please note this is mandatory.



WE KINDLY ASK ALL GUESTS TO ABIDE BY THESE HOUSE RULES:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a penalty of $300 USD.

- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am. Excessive noise is not tolerated during any hour.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- A pet fee of $150 USD applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is $250 USD. We accommodate only dogs, with a limit of two per stay, provided their combined weight does not exceed 60 lbs. It's important to obtain prior authorization for your pets to avoid any misunderstandings. Please be aware that bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a charge of $500 USD.

- Kindly check all drawers, cabinets, closets, and under the beds. Please make sure you do not leave anything behind. We do not ship belongings to guests after check-out. No exceptions.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property using a door code. Full instructions and access codes will be sent before your arrival.
