This was our first time staying on Vilano Beach, as we normally book Butler or Crescent. We will definitely be back; this house was all that is was advertised to be! We were a party of 9 adults and an infant. Having 5 bedrooms was a luxury that is hard to find. We had plenty of space to spread out when needed, but could easily come together for games and meals. The porch and outside furniture was an added bonus to the beachfront experience. We maximized the front row seat to the glorious sunrises each morning. The location is perfect; quick trip into St Augustine or plenty of local places on the same island.

Great location for a big group to get together

I have a large friend group that likes to travel together and this place was what we needed. The location was great and Marty was great with getting all my questions answered in a timely manner. Everyone had a great time and we would recommend this property for a large group!

We enjoyed the beach house. It was spacious for us all. The kitchen needs some updates with pots and pans and usable cookware, coffee pot, etc. But the house itself was comfortable and the location GREAT!

Perfect beach house for the whole family! Beautiful views of the beach from the house with direct access to the beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, but in a very quiet part of town. We would happily stay again!

The beach here is incredible. Most beautiful Sunrise! Dog friendly and lots of kids and families. The home is huge and lots of space so if you wanted a quiet place you got it. Thanks so much! Lots of memories made!

If you are looking for a "beach getaway" this place is wonderful!!! Private walkway to the beach that is just steps from the St Augustine Inlet. Very nice!!!

A beautiful location

We stayed with a few family members! Everything about our stay, was fabulous from the views of the ocean to the cleanliness of the property to the access of the beach😎 We are originally from Central Florida but we love Saint Augustine because it has so much to offer. FABULOUS ESCAPE😎

This is our third time in a year that we have stayed at this fabulous oceanfront property! Directly on the beach with easy access. It was a family getaway. Everyone had their private space and yet we had a nice large area together for meals, games and cards. We will definitely be back in the spring⛱️☀️🙄

We were not greeted by a host, but it's ok, the instructions were clear. The house is beautiful, well kept and super clean. It does show some age, wear and tear, but it didn't matter to us. For example, the shower head in the lower floor is either rusted or full of mold. On the positive side, the rooms are big and the beds are comfortable, but if you sleep on the lower floor, you will hear every step from above. The most important thing is the direct access to the beach, and the gorgeous view!!! We liked that they even have beach toys for children to play on the beach. The kitchen is big, everything looks modern/new, but we could not find pot holders nor a kitchen towel/cloth. We really enjoyed our quiet New Year's with not noisy neighbors. The only complaint is that I called before we went, to see if the would extend our departure hour from 10:00 a.m to 11:00, paying the extra fee, and the gentlemen never called me back to confirm, as he had promised to do. So, we got our babies and toddler out in a hurry like crazy grandmas and mamas. Hope to come back again one day!

Everything about the property is perfect, close to the beach, wonderful deck! Great communication with the property manager. This is a fun place for a family to hang out and enjoy everything that Vilano and Augustine have to offer. Make sure you bring your own beach towels😊

12 adults and 1 child worked out well. Heads up: dining room table has 6 chairs, kitchen counter has 3 stools. We were able to take chairs from the lift for our meals. The stars at night and sounds of the ocean were very peaceful. Close to grocery store.

Weekend getaway

The house is in a great location-right on the water. We were able to fish and swim. Great views from the deck. Publix was right around the corner and so were other attractions-downtown St.Augustine. The company got right back to me and answered all my questions. The house accommodated our party of 12-both adults and kids. We enjoyed our trip.

Cozy but dated

The house was conveniently located to the beach and the areas we were going to visit. The wonderful views from the second and third floors were of the beach. The rooms on all three floors allows for extra privacy but the top floor can get very warm if the thermostat is set to comfortable for the second floor. The outside deck table and chairs are perfect for beach watching and are very sturdy.
