Great location for a big group to get together

I have a large friend group that likes to travel together and this place was what we needed. The location was great and Marty was great with getting all my questions answered in a timely manner. Everyone had a great time and we would recommend this property for a large group!

Great location

We enjoyed the beach house. It was spacious for us all. The kitchen needs some updates with pots and pans and usable cookware, coffee pot, etc. But the house itself was comfortable and the location GREAT!

Vilano Beach Escape

Perfect beach house for the whole family! Beautiful views of the beach from the house with direct access to the beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, but in a very quiet part of town. We would happily stay again!

The beach here is incredible. Most beautiful Sunrise! Dog friendly and lots of kids and families. The home is huge and lots of space so if you wanted a quiet place you got it. Thanks so much! Lots of memories made!

Great Memorial Day Weekend stay.

We enjoyed our long weekend stay with friends. The location is great. Excellent access to the beach. Easy drive to the grocery store or downtown St. Augustine.

If you are looking for a "beach getaway" this place is wonderful!!! Private walkway to the beach that is just steps from the St Augustine Inlet. Very nice!!!

FABULOUS ESCAPE😎

This is our third time in a year that we have stayed at this fabulous oceanfront property! Directly on the beach with easy access. It was a family getaway. Everyone had their private space and yet we had a nice large area together for meals, games and cards. We will definitely be back in the spring⛱️☀️🙄

A beautiful location

We stayed with a few family members! Everything about our stay, was fabulous from the views of the ocean to the cleanliness of the property to the access of the beach😎 We are originally from Central Florida but we love Saint Augustine because it has so much to offer. We will be back to this property in September❣️

MAGICAL SUNRISE EVERY MORNING 😎

Everything about the property is perfect, close to the beach, wonderful deck! Great communication with the property manager. This is a fun place for a family to hang out and enjoy everything that Vilano and Augustine have to offer. Make sure you bring your own beach towels😊

12 adults and 1 child worked out well. Heads up: dining room table has 6 chairs, kitchen counter has 3 stools. We were able to take chairs from the lift for our meals. The stars at night and sounds of the ocean were very peaceful. Close to grocery store.

Weekend getaway

The house is in a great location-right on the water. We were able to fish and swim. Great views from the deck. Publix was right around the corner and so were other attractions-downtown St.Augustine. The company got right back to me and answered all my questions. The house accommodated our party of 12-both adults and kids. We enjoyed our trip.

Bedroom locations

The bedroom locations were confusing on line. I asked for a layout but there wasn't one available. We had a person with bad knees for climbing stairs, so we wanted a room on the main floor. There were two on the main floor so it turned out to be a good stay. There are no bedrooms with a view, but the house has a beautiful view I would definitely return!!!!!!

Cozy but dated

The house was conveniently located to the beach and the areas we were going to visit. The wonderful views from the second and third floors were of the beach. The rooms on all three floors allows for extra privacy but the top floor can get very warm if the thermostat is set to comfortable for the second floor. The outside deck table and chairs are perfect for beach watching and are very sturdy.

Family Thanksgiving

The house was very comfortable and accommodating. It showed its age but that did not affect anything. We had a wonderful Thanksgiving with our Florida Family and it was wonderful to be back on hometown turf. It was close to St. Augustine and almost right across the street from a large Publix in Vilano.

Great Location- Needs upgrades

The location was great and has a beautiful view. The property needs some TLC as one if the canned lights in the kitchen is pulling away from the ceiling and when turned on flashes. The kitchen cabinets were worn and there were only 4 bowls for our party of 11. (9 adults 2 children) back rooms were hot and internet spotty. No shampoo, conditioner or hand soap provided. Sand was found in the sheets of the bedrooms.

Family Memories

Excellent location!! The kitchen was well-appointed and plenty of room for everyone. We had a wonderful time! Made some lovely family memories! However, when we arrived, the door in front of the dryer was off its track and the handle to the glass door of the shower downstairs was broken. Only gave a 3 star for cleanliness of the home.

Spring Break Getaway

Lovely deck with easy beach access. Grocery store and restaurants close by. Garage wouldn’t open with code and I spoke to property manager who said to open from inside the house. Per friendly neighbor, recycling pickup is same day as trash pick up.

Spring Break Reset

We had seven family members staying at the property. Overall we had a lovely trip. The location and view from the house were above our expectations! The house was clean and neat. A few housekeeping updates that need to happen are: the carpet upstairs (this is a must)! It would be helpful if you could make one bathroom ADA-compliant for older guests or at least have one raised toilet. Also, the ice maker is on the blink in the kitchen. However, again, We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!
