Quiet Vacation

This was a nice place to stay--a little dated, but clean. Owners were responsive and checked in on us which was nice. Beach was very quiet and pool was warm.

Wonderful babymoon

This was the best trip I've had with my husband in a long long time. Perfect location, wonderful place. It is definitely more laid back and relaxed, a perfect relaxing getaway for a couple or family. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio each morning. The views from the master and the patio are second to none. The pool was warm and relaxing (solar heated), and the property was well maintained even if a bit outdated.

Good basic condo. Was as described. Dated decor but we knew that from pictures. Sofas are newer and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. We liked the location. If it was mentioned in the description, I missed that you climb a flight of stairs to the unit and then another set of stairs inside the unit to the bedrooms. Outdoor table was not usable due to large amounts of rust. Lacking in some basic kitchen supplies. Only had one skillet and it was very small. Coffee mugs held less than 6oz.These are minor things and overall we enjoyed our stay.

Quiet Beachfront condo

We loved our stay here and hope to go back next year. We really enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning with our coffee. Beach is beautiful. Plenty of space for our family of four. Nice to have 2 full baths. Cleaning crew needs to be told to vaccum/sweep under the couches. The furniture looked new, but the couch had big stains when we got there. It looked to me like sunblock. Maybe a washable slip cover and wash inbetween guests? Pool was great for us, small and quiet and the people that live there are all friendly. Check in info code needs to be emailed prior to arrival. You don't want to be calling someone to get the code at 1am. The property mgmt responded quicky, but not being able to get in could have been an issue. Overall we loved it and would go back!!

Our favorite beach and condo

We have rented from this company 3 years in a row, 2 of the years have been in this exact same condo. We really enjoy Saint Augustine and this condo and location/beach are perfect for our family. The beach in May is very quiet, even on the weekends. No over crowding. The pool/property set up is great too- easy to access beach (short walk), the pool is centrally located and close to the beach so we could go back and forth from the beach to pool with ease. The condo is the perfect set up for our family as well, which includes linens, dishes, pots/pans, washer/dryer, dishwasher, air fryer etc, which makes the stay for a family easy. The process to book, along with the accommodations from CondoRentals is very easy as well. The condo wasn’t quite as clean as is was during our stay last May which we communicated with CondoRentals and they assured us they would be swiftly addressed, and I have no doubt they will make the necessary changes to this property to ensure a perfect stay for future guests. I think it was more of a reflection on the cleaning company rather than Condo Rentals, because this is the first time we have experienced less than perfect from them. Their quick and apologetic response and willingness to fix the issues tells me that we are safe to book with them again in the future

The view from the condo was amazing and loved the decor. Also loved that there was not an over the top to do list when checking out like with some other places. The bed was comfy and really liked the little boxes of supplies in the bathrooms and kitchen. A couple of callouts would be to fix the sliding door to the patio as it was very hard to open, especially from the outside going in. Also, with it being a 2 story condo it was difficult to get it cool upstairs even with the fan going. Only allowing the 70 limit in the florida heat at night was rough. I liked thr fact there was a washer and dryer to get a jump start on laundry, the washer worked well but the dryer was hardly working. It took about 3 -4 or so hours to get everything dry (which required me actually taking some clothes out to make a smaller load to dry - and i did not even have a full load in the washer.) Overall great spot but a few small issues. Thanks!!

Everything was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again! It made the trip so much fun and made us want to come back. Very responsive when we had a question.

It was much more than expected. I loved it. They are updating everything. Still need to work on sliding door and washer & dryer. The view was beautiful. Accommodations were perfect. would like to have had beach service daily but the one free activity daily compensated. I would definitely recommend this condo!!!!!
