Great location!

This unit is perfect location to take a short walk to the beach and restaurants and is only a short drive into St Augustine. We loved that beach chairs, umbrella, towels, and even a cart were included.

Great location - Great stay

Very nice stay in St Augustine and a great location - close to restaurants and the beach but far enough off the road to be peaceful. The condo has a nice beachy feel and has what you need - especially liked the beach cart, chairs and toys, were very handy. The master bed was comfy and no complaints from the kiddos.

Nice Complex

Nicely decorated condo, well equipped, clean, and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the grounds. Great location; an easy walk to the beach and a varied of restaurants. Also, a short, easy drive to Historic Town. A fun week.

Overall a great stay! Owners were very thoughtful with their amenities. Everything you needed was there from cookware to beach accessories and bikes. Very short walk to a great beach. Plenty of sand and not over crowded. Very close to downtown and restaurants, and a easy short drive to historic St. Augustine. Great stay and location.

Great location

Overall a very good clean unit. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. Only issue is not much insulation from noisy upstairs neighbors. Can easily hear footsteps, music, tv. Etc. would be great to have quiet hours posted.

Enjoyed Our Long Stay ! Location is Perfect!

We stayed 10 days at this Old Town condo/villa. It is truly - The Best of Both Worlds. You can make it a beach day or beach days. Or you can explore old St Augustine at your leisure. We did just that! Spending 10 days allowed us to soak up the sun and all that St Augustine offered. Lori was very responsive to our inquiries. We plan on returning again to see the Night of Lights in Nov-Jan to see St Augustine all lit up. Bill and Rose Brandon Fl.

Perfect Getaway! Cozy & Clean

This was our first experience with vrbo. Everything went smoothly. The property was cozy & clean. The owners left little touches that let you know they were prepared for guests. It was nice to have all the comforts of home while staying near our families.

We loved our little beach get away. Condo was clean and was beautifully decorated . Very beachy feel. Loved the location. Close to old Saint Augustine and a bike ride to some great restaurants . My only suggestion is to update the bikes ! Thank you Lori !

Everything was good. The place was very clean & comfortable. Loved that you added the amenities. The what to do pamplets were a great touch helped on what to do in the area..But the neighborhood people bring there dogs to 💩 in the yard ...but still the place was wonderful, would recommend ..

Perfect for Family of Four

Location was prime, parking was right out the front door. If you have small children, be sure to pick up the knickknacks before letting them loose. The decor was beautiful, but breakable. So we moved it up out of their reach. I was surprised at how comfortable the living room furniture was too. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to St Augustine. All the local eateries were great as well.

Great place actually near the beach.

Houses near the beach are difficult to find, this condo really is a short walk from the beach and the local restaurants. For all intents and purposes, the driveway of this place is at '19th' so if you want to walk to the 10th st beach entrance (the best) its 9 blocks and these blocks are smaller than say NYC blocks. Its a quiet place, we hardly got chased by killer alligators at all ;-) The condo was well equipped and you can keep up on the laundry so you can pack smaller. Driving to stuff off the island is pretty easy to grasp after a day. We will be back

Property was small and clean. Its was located miles away from Old Town St. Augustine. It would be quite an arduous bike ride to reach old town. Torrential rain created 4 inches of water between front door and parking area. No electrical outlets in master bathroom. Living room seating was uncomfotable. Closest beach was not great. When we tried to watch tv on first night, the remote control had dead batteries .

Can't sleep on beds Or sit on sofa you hit bottom.

When I first walked in I thought this is cute. Reminds me of my great grandmothers place in Florida when I was a kid. Then I went to sit down on the sofa and there is no padding in any of your cushions or chairs. Then I went to master bedroom what a joke I sat down on the bed and springs are in my butt. There was Poop on the toilet rim, pubic hair on toilet in master? Which I cleaned. I woke up at 1am the first night in so much pain. Sunk in a bed full of springs. Then I went in the other bedroom were the 2 beds are like sleeping on the floor. Are these boards? If my back wasn't out I would have left. My daughter in law age 33 and weighs 105 said what the hell? Beds are boards and the other you sink in to and springs hit you? She stayed one night and said I can't stay another. My friend came over and couldn't believe this nightmare. I had to go get a back massage in order to move which I never do. Saturday after noon my friend came and packed me up and I left a few days early. With my back so bad she had to load my car follow me home and unpack for me. I had to sleep in my home with no heat as my air conditioner was broke and I 50 minutes away. The insurance Co. asked me to leave during home repairs. So when I got home the repairs were not completed yet as I was to stay a few more days. I would rather be Freezing as it was 50 that night just to be able to walk and get relief from your neglect of replacing cushions or getting updated mattress that are not from 20-40 years ago like the furniture. You have a guest book and I see you tore out complaints in your book? The TV nightmare. You can't get local channels unless you pay. Services keep going in and out to watch shows from 1950's? This was the worst get away I ever had.

Old Towne Beach Life

This condo is neat, tidy, and scrupulously clean. Plenty of parking in the lot, close to the building, for unloading and loading. It is a short walk to the beach, and there are many restaurants close by that are all great for singles, couples, and families. It is a short drive to Old St. Augustine, very easy to get to. As for the inside of the condo, there are a few drawbacks. There is no electrical outlet in the master bathroom. The furniture in the living room area really is not designed for the space and appears to be more for an outdoor patio area than a living room. Using the television was a challenging proposition. In the owner's notes, the owner mentions that you can use xfinity stream, but actually xfinity can only be used on your home wifi. We weren't able to use it. Pillows, sheets, blankets are all clean but worn, and would probably warrant a "refresh."
