place is very cute, close to everything, parking pass is nice to use. Neighborhood is a mix of updated and well kept houses and not so well kept houses. Host was great and communicated well.

The best stay!!! The hosts are absolutely amazing—so welcoming and kind. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Such a wonderful experience, highly recommend!

The property Was as depicted including the warning about the trains which didn’t bother us but the actual location/ neighborhood was a little seedy. The backyard was a very nice quiet place to relax in the evening complete though with lights and a firepit. Inside was cute. We talked to Ryan about a few things missing. The biggest complaint would be the living room. It was just not very comfortable to sit and watch tv with just the 4 small chairs. Everything else we used was fine.
