A short walk from the building will land your toes in the sand. This rental features a full, eat-in kitchen, flatscreen TVs, and a furnished balcony perfect for catching those famous Florida sunrises!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This location was perfect for families and getaways. I wish it had been more obvious it was an upstairs / downstairs layout. That was tough with younger kids.

Check in instructions could be worded differently to clear up confusion but in hindsight not completely the owners fault. Comfortable casa. The location and access to the beach was convenient and enjoyable. Thank you. We would stay again!

Great beach visit
Overall great experience. Close to the beach and easy access to other things in St. Augustine. Only downside was the Wi-Fi was terrible. We could never get our devices to connect. Other than that, everything else was terrific :)

Quick walk to the sand, clean rooms, cozy beds, fully stocked kitchen. Everything worked. The pool was very clean and the pool maintenance guy was cleaning the pool early one morning and it seemed to be a very thorough assessment and cleaning process. We loved our visit there

Very nice gated community
The condo was clean and had everything we needed (except beach towels which we purchased at Walgreens for 4.99 each ). Tv set up had four remotes which was a little confusing. Besides these issues we had a great time. Close to grocery stores and down town St. Augustine. Everyone was super friendly. Would come back again.

family beach trip
Condo was clean and easy access to pool and beach. It was a difficult to get the TV volume to work, that took a while. The volume on TV does not work well, so a sound bar is provided but it took a while to get it to work. Instructions would be helpful for future rentals. No washer /dryer in condo but does have a laundry room on site and they worked well. Overall a wonderful vacation rental.

Quiet family spot
The location was great! The proximity to the ocean was great. The property has a lot of older people living there so there are a lot of rules to follow. But everyone was nice. The washer dryer being a coin laundry was the biggest inconvenience and is the main reason we won’t choose to stay here again. It was a great trip, so if laundry isn’t a necessity I would highly recommend it!

Great place to stay
This condo met all of our standards. Clean, supplied with all the necessities, and could see and hear the ocean from the balcony! The check-in and check-out process is super easy and convenient. Thanks for making our stay easy and enjoyable in St. Augustine. If we return, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Had an issue with the freezer motor keeping us awake. Also I followed the checkout directions and received a call about the key. I told them I dropped it in the drop box like instructed to do.

Spanish Terrace Stay
As the other reviews indicated, unit had lots of deferred maintenance. My bad, I filtered for washer/dryer but did not see it was shared. Shared translated to coin-operated across the property with no change machine. There were lots of supplies to get us through our stay. The unit had a number of cleaning issues and an overall odor. Management did offer to send the cleaning service back. It is actually oceanfront. The walk to the beach is just over the protective sand dune.

It was nice and quiet! However the condo is worn and aged. There seemed to be cigarette smoke. There was a foul smell from the bathroom. Scuff marks all over the wall. Carpet needs replaced or at least cleaned.

Great location but not the cleanest
This could be an A+ property if they’d change up how they clean dishes/kitchen area. We ended up having to wash dishes before using them and then noticed the check out procedures have the renters cleaning and putting away dishes rather than letting a cleaning company do it. Even without a pandemic going on, that’s not the greatest idea. Peoples cleaning standards vary. Other than that, everything else was great!

The pool was very cold. The property could use some extra cleaning. There are visible areas of dust and hair buildup. There are pay washer and dryers but no place to get change. Property is directly on ocean.
