Seaside Villas is family and pet-friendly condominium complex within a few blocks from the St. Johns County Ocean Pier. In addition to easy walking or biking access to the white sand beaches, local shops and restaurants, the Beach Retreat Condo offers a community swimming pool with sunbathing surround, and and an outdoor shower.

Our condo is beautiful and well appointed, but the first thing you'll notice is the colorful decor and Beach Retreat feel.

The Beach Retreat at Seaside Villas is a 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom air-conditioned unit that sleeps up to 4-5 guests. Walk into the inviting living room where you’ll find a decorative corner cabinet, a classic surf board on the wall, tasteful ocean home wall decor, comfortable leather sofas and a 42-inch LCD Smart TV so you won’t need to miss any of your favorite shows. The free WIFI makes it easy to check out area attractions, send your vacation photos to friends and family back home and even do little work (if you really have to).

Whether you've been walking the historic streets of the Old City or strolling the pristine beach, you will be delighted with the feel of cool tiled floors in the living room and the drift wood style floors in the bedrooms!

Cooking may not be in the cards for your vacation, but even if you're planning to dine out for many of your meals, you'll enjoy the efficiency and convenience of the gallery style kitchen, with newer white appliances and cupboards filled with cookware, dishes, and utensils. A microwave stands ready to reheat those fabulous leftovers, and a coffeemaker for making your favorite brew or a smoothie with our Ninja Blender while listening to the ocean waves from the front patio.

Your favorite place inside the condo will probably be the bedrooms. St. Augustine has so much to do and see that you'll come home tired after each new adventure, and there's nothing like a great night's sleep to refresh you for the next day's events. We have taken great pride to provide you with luxury bamboo sheets and pillows and plush memory foam mattresses, with relaxing furnishings and decor to help you rest well.

The master suite is appointed with a queen-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and private bath as well as a ceiling fan for that gentle breeze.

The second bedroom is perfect for an additional couple traveling with you or for children. It contains 2 twin beds with memory foam mattresses, bamboo pillows and sheets plus a nightstand and a medium size dresser. This room is decorated with the same inviting beach decor and shares a full bathroom with the living area.

We have tried to provide the "extras" for your stay. We provide an ample supply of quality towels and linens, extra bed pillows and fuzzy cozy blankets. We offer each guest coffee, coffee filters, creamer and a vast assortment of cooking spices/oils!

Feel free to use our stackable washer and dryer to keep all those swimsuits and beach towels fresh, (detergent provided) and bring your electronics if you like or play your favorite stations on iHeartRadio -- you have free WiFi at the Beach Retreat.

Take full advantage of our Beach Package which includes, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a wheeled cooler, a beach cart, sun hats, beach bags, and sand toys, all included with your reservation.

Our intention is to make your stay here at The Beach Retreat as relaxing, worry-free and enjoyable as possible. If you have any special requests or needs, such as grocery shopping prior to your arrival, planning a special occasion like a birthday, anniversary or engagement, please let us know how we may assist you. Our community pool is open year round however subject to closure. Room rate is not based on common amenities.

I offer Smart TV applications such as sling, Netflix. I do not have regular cable channels however do offer 75 channels with the smart tv app.

Pool closures may occur.
