King size bed was very comfortable AC was cool after a walk to downtown St.Augustine fenced yard area was great spot for my dog , only thing missing were hangers in closet enjoyed our stay .

My mother and I enjoyed how close we were to everything. Unfortunately we had to leave a day early because the bed really hurt my mother's back.

The communication the day we arrived was great. I was texted the room# we would be staying in and the door code to get in the room along with a phone # to call if we needed anything. Our room was clean and roomy , the bathroom was small and was in need of a makeover. There was always plenty of parking on the street and they offered private parking in the ally way behind the house. There are video cameras all around the outside of the house for protection. The location is good, not too far off the beaten path. If your looking to stay at a clean no frills place at a reasonable cost in St Augustine ? I would recommend it
