"Room was clean, staff were friendly and is not too far from town centre/supermarkets If you plan on parking you may have to go early as there’s only a few spaces and it’s quite a tight squeeze "

"Bed was very comfy but the smaller details let them down. WiFi was patchy and not all TV channels were available. Towel rails were loose on the bathroom wall and room could have done with some TLC. "

"Was our 3rd or 4th time staying. Car park good. Area around is lovely. Reception area is really nice. Room is clean, large. Bar food was good. Staff were good. Breakfast was okay - staff there were lovely. Pool, changing rooms are nice but steam room not working which was a shame. Welcome arrival from reception always seems lukewarm."

"The bathroom was disgusting, shower drain was thick with hair! There was mould everywhere, hair on the bedsheets. However, the staff were very polite when we arrived & leaving. It’s in need of a deep clean!"

"If you’re looking for a cheap stay I recommend this listing. I was travelling with 5 friends to Manchester to meet up with other friends and this location was perfect for distance from the city centre. About £12/13 in an uber. The communication could have been better for us but in the end it was fine. The most important part was it was clean and comfortable. I’d say the only downside was left over items from previous guest. The property is a bit like a HMO with all rooms lockable. That wasn’t necessary for us as a group but some may find that helpful."
