“Loved everything about this property. Would suggest additional tv and additional comfortable seating in living room. Thank you for a safe and enjoyable stay.”

“ To start, the reservation process was very unclear. Instructions were vague to the point I could not find the page to complete any process requested. Check in again was almost impossible, It took us a half hour get inside the front door after we found the building. Nothing said Kasa on the building. At checkout I was asked to login to my Kasa account but there was absolutely no place to do that. ”

“Visited St Louis with hubs and kiddos in tow to appreciate the arch. Sought out this location because of the feel of home in the decor and the neighborhood. Upon visiting, my expectations were exceeded. The history of the hill, the small shops with welcoming clerks, the authentic Italian restaurants within walking distance AND the gelato shop woo-ed me and my family. We were gifted with a few rainy days which the host thought of in advance as there were books (adult and kid friendly) board games……

“Super cute and quaint and very close to several local spots in the Hill. A nice park across the street. Sofa and sofa bed not very comfy but the bed was nice. It’s the perfect space for a weekend stay! ”

“My family had such a nice stay. We were in town for a concert, and our stay was so fitting for everything we did. We loved the area, the house’s character, and all the handy accommodations. We all slept comfortably in our own spaces. If/when I return to the area, I won’t look for another place to stay; I’ll just easily book this again!”

“It was great it was clean plenty of room for my family of 7 it was in a great neighborhood wasnt far from all the things we wanted to do like the zoo, grants farm, and the aquarium so that was really convenient even the grocery store was right up the road we all lived it and would definitely stay there again...”

“My husband and I stayed here while visiting some friends in St. Louis. The apartment is located above the garage but do not let that deter you. Ryan was super friendly we ran into him a few times but there was NO awkwardness or inconvenience getting to or from the apartment. The apartment was super clean and comfy and larger than expected. Kirkwood is a beautiful area, safe and very close to downtown St. Louis. Would Definitely Stay here again.”

“Beverly and Tim were great hosts! The place is super cute, clean, and comfy. Very close to dining options and touristic places. I went with my partner to ser the Eclipse, but we were also able to walk around Saint Louis and know more about the city. If we'll come back to St. Louis, we'll definitely be in touch with then again. Very happy to have stayed there :) ”

“Nice neighborhood with convenient on street parking. Excellent location with walking distance to several local eateries and Shaw Botanical Gardens. Full size bed and twin bed were comfy. Very nice stay!”

“This location is clean, cozy, and right on the Piazza IMO. It is across the street from the church, and within easy walking distance of everything to do and see on The Hill.”

“Had a wonderful weekend get away in St. Charlies. The house was so close to main street, but far enough away not to hear the noise. The house had everything and more! The water and snacks were a nice touch. Everything was very clean. Would stay here again.”

“We had a great time! The Red Barn was just what we needed for some quiet time to relax and take our time in St. Charles. The location is the perfect distance from the main street so you don't have to walk far to find something to do, but it's also not right on the "main drag" where you'd have people walking by all the time. Thanks for the hospitality!”
