“I am rather unhappy with the hotel as well as my room. The floor that I have been assigned a room has a horrible chemical small which I'm sure is unhealthy.( newly painted walls.. floor molding not yet replaces. Looks shabby… .. my room is at the end of the hall so I had to breathe the fumes all the way. Bathroom slider door does not open all the way and when it was open it blocked access to the room door safety lock. No real closet > only a curtain in front of the back wall with a bit of room……

“I would not recommend anyone stay at this property. My room was dirty, I could not get a remote that worked for the TV, and there was a party going on across the hall all night long so I could not get any sleep then when I told the person at the front desk The next morning about my horrible night, he said I should’ve asked for another room even though I had to come up twice to ask for a remote, he should’ve offered a new room.”

“Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, huge bathroom, nice couch. Super friendly staff throughout. Parking lot not in great shape, difficult to find the entrance to the parking! Behind another hotel, inside on a frontage road. So convenient and close to restaurants, the Ameristar Casino, movie theater, etc.”

“I was not aware before booking that this property had such a youth-oriented, budget-style concept. It may appeal to some travelers, but it did not work well for us. The main curtain did not work. It was stuck closed, and even after following the front desk’s instructions, we could not open it, so we were unable to see outside. The room had no proper nightstands with independent bedside lamps. This made it difficult for me to work at night without disturbing my wife, who was lying in bed. There……

“This hotel is under construction and the entire hotel was nasty. The workers blared their music until late at night and started working again early morning. We was trying to get into our room and a working was scraping the carpet up two inches from my fiancés feet. They have no common courtesy for the people who are staying there. We rented two rooms and the bathroom flooded in one of our rooms. I wouldn't recommend staying her to anyone!”
