「For the price, this was a great place to stay with dogs. The house was what I was expecting. Yes, there’s a stair between one side of the house and the other, obviously where the house was expanded. The coffee maker broke and she told me that if I can get a new one she will pay me back and all I had to do was leave the receipt on top of the refrigerator. Everything worked out great. She was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely try to rent again next year.」

「This is the worst VRBO our family has ever stayed at. Host changed the duplex a couple of hours before our arrival. The new unit was uncleaned with some linens still wet in the washing machine. It had a room that had no light, old moldy food, cabinets without fronts, windows without coverings, a screen door ripped off, & beds that were very nasty and stained. 「At Innsbrook you cannot access the property if your name isnt on the list with the security checkin. We had a confirmation email for our rental, but the property manager failed to leave our names.
