“After a chilly afternoon poolside, I was looking forward to a hot shower and instead experienced one with barely any warmth. You would think this wouldn’t be the case in such a nice establishment. I stay here agin in June and will ask for a lower level room, hopefully it will help. Other than that, I love the place. ”

“Very nice hotel I always enjoy myself when I stay however this stay was a little stressful because the AC was not blowing out cold air we called the front desk to see if we could move to a different room or if someone could fix it and they said someone was on the way and 20 mins passed no one showed up and I was exhausted and needed to sleep so I had to deal with the heat all night”

“旁邊的購物中心快沒有商店了，停車交通方便，有一些餐廳及速食餐廳。 住三晚 早餐完全一樣，沒有變化！ 通風不良，早上5:00 整個房間都是嚴重廚房油煙味，基本上都是被油煙味嗆起床的。”

“Walking in, renovations were going on and we were not informed when booking. Very minor inconvenience but inconvenient no less. Went to the front desk to check in and was given keys to room 215. When I opened the door, the room was full of someone else’s thing. Went to the desk and the young lady seemed shocked and didn’t really know what to do. After she made several phone calls. I was given keys to room 315. About to walk into the room, the door for room 313 swings open and an other employee……

“Room dirty. Noisy all night long due to road traffic and floor above. Not worth the price for the room.”

“The room was clean but shower head didn’t work the best. It was a quiet area! Breakfast was good and air conditioning kept the room cool”

“Definitely a get what you pay for place. Needed something simple for a concert night. Zero amenities. Not even hand soap. Smoking room didn't even have an ashtray. Stained furniture and sheets. Toilet seat was broken. Did not see any bugs so that was a plus. Thin mattress was surprisingly decent. Very firm which is my preference. Safe area with easy highway access. If you need a sleep only crashpad for a night then this is your place”
