"Front desk didn’t know what they were doing. Our keys wouldn’t work when we came back to the hotel. We were locked out of our room for over and hour because there was no one working the front desk at night."

"This place is absolutely disgusting. Trash, stains, falling apart. I've stayed at most of the local places over the last 10 years. This is top 2 worst ever. "

"Hotel itself was fine. Floors in our room were a little gritty to the point where I noticed dirt accumulating in the corners and I needed to clean my feet off before putting my socks on. My biggest complaint was after paying $250 for one night, we were billed another $14 for “amenities” at check out. What amenities??? We were here a grand total of 15 hours and there wasn’t even a complimentary bottle of water in our room??! "

"Room was clean and updated. Cute setup with a comfy large bed. I didn’t have much interaction with staff bc I came in later and left early. My only complaint is that I didn’t know they charged $10/day for parking. I booked through a 3rd party and it said free parking. No one mentioned it when I checked in or out either. No included breakfast either-but I knew that part. "

"Staff are so great at this motel, except for one girl who works a couple of morning shifts. We have been staying here since we lost our home. It's clean, we haven't seen any bugs at all, and affordable. I had a billing issue where my card was charged twice and the owner (I think) was very concerned with making it right w me via refund or a nights stay. Since we are living here day by day that was thoughtful bc a refund takes 7-10 days. Anyway, we are super grateful that we have a place that doesn't put my fiance, Xena (pittie), and I out at 11am if we haven't paid for the day yet! "
