"This was a perfect location! We took our 2 year old to a Blues game and to do lots of activities at union station. We were able to walk there, which was very convenient. Upon arrival, our room was very hot - the thermostat said 78°. The first night we just dealt with it, but since we were paying a decent amount and staying another night I decided to ask for it to be looked at or possibly change to a different room. They said they didn’t have another room, but got someone from maintenance right away (it wasn’t even 5 minutes) up to our room! They fixed the AC right away and compensated us for the inconvenience. They were also very nice and quick to help us! We never complain so I felt really bad to cause them any trouble, but the Gil at the desk and our maintenance guy were so friendly and willing to help! The popcorn, pop, and other refreshments are a wonderful bonus! I would definitely stay here again! "

"March 2026 The minute I got there I was greeted by a wonderful man, who I think he said his name was Rob. There were also other hotel staff up front and very personable and great to chat with. I was pleasantly surprised they serve soda and popcorn in the lobby. The pool and hot tub were amazing and clean. My room was huge. I was very surprised by how much room I had in there. My bed was comfortable. the hotel is in a great location if you do not want to stay in downtown St. Louis. It is only a ten minute drive to the city and the price was much more affordable than most hotels. The only downside I will say is that there is a $35.00 early check in fee if you check in before 3pm. I was not aware. It is not great for people who travel and may show up a little earlier than 3. I was there at 2:30 and I did not want to pay the fee so I had to wait. There were other customers in there that showed way more disdain for the fee and Rob handled it very well. I will definitely stay here again. Great people, great amenities , great rates, great location and comfy beds which are the most important when I look for a great place to stay."

"Bathroom was really clean!"

"Ok, so I spent almost $1,000 for a Thursday - Sunday stay. There is NO continental breakfast, no microwave in the room. There is only one microwave on each floor next to the ice and vending machines. There are no paper towels near the microwave, so when someone makes a huge mess of the microwave it can’t be cleaned up. So I had to find paper towels to clean up someone else’s mess before I could use the microwave. The sink in the bathroom only had scalding hot water, no cold water to brush teeth. The bathroom did not have a vent fan so after showering it was so hot and humid, not only in the bathroom but the entire room. It just seems that you can pay a lot less at other hotels and get a whole lot more. I expected much more from Hyatt & the price I paid. "

"The elevator was very loud. The front desk offered ear plugs at check in but I was traveling with a 14-month old. This is unsatisfactory and should be properly addressed such as updating the equipment. Needless to say it was not a restful night of sleep before an early flight. Will not return. "
