“Had a very poor experience traveling as a group of 8. While we understand some things are outside the resort’s control, overall this was one of the most disappointing all-inclusive experiences we’ve had. The food was below average, and many items we ordered were either unavailable by 9 AM or equipment/services were broken. The beach was unfortunately not accessible due to excessive seaweed, which we understand is not entirely the resort’s fault. However, the beach was not maintained or cleaned,……

“Everything was excellent. Our room was oceanfront, on the corner, next to trees. I think if the door seal & cracks throughout the room were properly sealed. It would minimize the small pest (bugs, small centipedes, etc) from getting in. We laid towels in front both doors. Helped tremendously. We will definitely be returning.”

The bed is actually a queen The room reeked of cleaning chemicals to the point of making your eyes water. There was barely a trickle of luke warm water in the shower. The cable went out and never came back on, the light on the balcony didn't work, the coffee machine was clogged and blew hot coffee throughout the room, and the hair dryer actually blew up……
