"What a wonderful week! The views are spectacular! You have such a beautiful, well stocked cabin. During our stay, this house became a home and cozy family gathering place. Fly fishing was excellent! "This cabin in the woods... was awesome! Curt and Katie were very nice, and we enjoyed getting to know Jessie a little bit too! I would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking to get away from the everyday noise. It's set in absolutely gorgeous woods with spruce, pine, and aspen, and situated in such a way that you have almost complete privacy. Chalk Creek is close enough to provide a constant sound of rushing water, and the metal roof transferred the perfect level of "rain on a tin roof" sound into the living areas. I really can't say enough about this place... it really kinda made my wife and me homesick for the log home I built in Alaska years ago. Respectfully Marc"

"Location was perfect for us as we were attending a wedding at The Barn at Sunset Ranch. The house was beautiful and well appointed. Easy access to downtown Buena Vista and had gorgeous views. Spent the mornings watching the deer visit from the back porch."
